    how come i got my first two prizes , but not the DVD. i read ten book, has i just not come yet?

      the first two were sent out before you completed the requirement. You will get the dvd when we ship the next batch of prizes

    i have read a lot of these books can i review them anyway and still get prizes? or do i have to read the ones that i haven't read?

      You can review the ones that you have read, it is advised though that you read other books as well.

        I completed reading and reviewing 5 books (reviews of over 30 words) about a month ago and I still have not received an email saying that I have won a prize. Did I do something wrong in the sign up process? Or does it take this long for the consent form to be processed?

          you have not earned any prizes yet because you did not sign into the summer reading program when you reviewed the books. Sign in and redo the reviews. You can check your prizes won by looking at your summer reading log on your account. Currently you have none.

            You will not receive a email before the books are sent to you. Also the prizes will take longer to send if people won prizes before you!

                  I just got Belle's Library/lip balm in the mail today! So happy. :-) However the letter with it says that I'm just getting close to winning a copy of the DVD. I thought I finished it already. Does that mean I'm not finished with it? Or did they just not send out the DVDs yet????? Please answer & thanks!

                        you should be able to check the prizes you have won in your account - if you have completed the 10 and not received the dvd you will get it soon
