the wrinkle in time is my favourite series. when my dad got it for me, i thought it was one of those dull classics. but when i read it, i was like, daaaad, can i have the next book? its about a girl named meg murry and a boy named charles wallace, although im not sure if wallace is his last name. anyway, charles met three strange women and they told meg, charles, and their friend calvin that the black thing has surrounded the earth. together they travel through space to a planet named camazotz where charles gets controlled by the evil force of IT and where they find their dad, mr. murry. their team tries to stop IT and release charles so they can go back to earth. i believe that this book is attractive and beautifully written.

This book is SO AMAZING! The plot pulled me in to this fast-paced adventure! Reynie Muldoon, an orphan, sees an ad in a newspaper that says, "Are you a gifted child looking for special opportunities?" Reynie passes 3 important tests that qualifies him for a special opportunity as described to him. But who would have thought that this "special opportunity" would be a incredibly important spy mission? Reynie and the other 3 kids who passed the tests, Sticky Washington, Kate Wetherall, and Constance Contraire, are instructed by Mr. Benedict to go to the LIVE Institute run by the evil mastermind Ledroptha Curtain. Mr. Curtain has this institution to use the children attending in his plan. He wants to rule the world, as most villains you know do, but the way he wants to do it is by controlling people with the telepathy. He takes the students in his school to whisper messages that broadcast into other people's minds. He is working towards the Improvement, as he calls it, which will erase people's memories! I know, right? Who would have thought? It's up to the Mysterious Benedict Society to foil Mr. Curtain's plan. Can they do it? I really loved this book, 5/5 stars! I encourage adventure-loving people to read this book!

I'm a big Riordan fan. Last year, 2nd grade, I hated his books. Now, I've read four of his books. I started with the lost hero, though I know it would be better if I read the Olympians first, to get a good look at Percy Jackson. OKAY. . .the lost hero: let's get started. Okay, when I picked up the book, I was like, meh, just a book. But what I started reading it, like, WOW! It was full of fantasy and mystery. Jason Grace woke up in a bus with a girl holding his hand. He had lost his memory. But when their gym teacher turns out to be a satyr half man, half horse, named Gleeson, and his student a ventus, a wind spirit, evil venti attack and Gleeson sacrifices himself so Jason, a girl named Piper, and a boy named Leo can go to Camp Half-blood. At the camp, they find out that Piper is the daughter of Aphrodite, Leo is the son of Heapheastus, and Jason the son of Zeus, and also find out that they were assigned to go on a quest to stop Geae.

lycanroc9's book review was featured in Nevermoor: The Trials of Morrigan Crow.
I loved this book. The 3 days I spent reading this, non-stop. What I like about this book most is the course of Morrigan Crow. She is doomed to die on her eleventh birthday at midnight, a single note from Jupiter North takes her to Nevermoor, the free state. But in order to stay there, she must pass four trials. I was scared at the show trial cause Morrigan doesn't have a knack for something. Also the chase trial, where Cadence stole her spot in the Elders' dinner. I rate it A.
