I liked this book a lot. This book inspired me that just because I hang out with the opposite skin color does't mean anything. This story focuses on a boy named Phillip Enright. He moves with his mom by a ship (The Hato) and it gets torpedoed. He meets this man named Timothy who is the opposite skin tone of Phillip. Timothy helps Phillip survive on a small cay. Timothy ends up dying by a hurricane. At the end of the book, Phillip regains his sight after going under 3 operations. I can relate to Phillip because he doesn't want to move away from his hometown that much.

I loved this book so much. It is about a boy named Oscar Starling. His father died in a car crash while he was living in Minnesota. When his mother decides to remarry, he is forced to move into Chicago. When he arrives he finds himself in a huge fire. I cannot really relate to the main character, but he still inspires me.

I really didn't like this book. It was kind of boring. All of the people were beavers. It is about a boy who is a really lazy person. He wasn't the smartest either. But somehow he manages t get student council. I can relate to the main character because we are both lazy. Overall I didn't really like this book.

I love this book, and the series. It always intrigues me to read one of these books. It is about the main characters friend getting a girlfriend. That interferes with there friendship big time. The main character decides to try to find a new best friend. He cant find anyone and he really wants a friend. I cant say I relate to this book but I do enjoy it a lot.

I like this book because it talks about babes rough past. His family was poor and he lived in Baltimore. He ends up in an orphanage called St. Marys. Which where he learned to play baseball. When he was on the Boston Red Sox he was a really good pitcher. Then he told coach he wanted to hit more (His pitching interfered with his hitting). When Babe got signed with the Yankees he had a bruised knee and infected elbow. I can't really relate to Babe in this story, although I really liked it.
