Rescued was a heartwarming story about two unlikely brothers John, and his pet orangutan Raja. John and Raja spent years closely together after John's business-man father brought him home as a pet. John and Raja did everything together; eat and play video games and exercise. But John and Raja are growing up, and troubles ensue. Then when John's parents are divorced, John and Raja are split up. Two years go by without them being able to see each other. Then John and his mom find out that John's dad is having financial difficulty, is moving, and selling Raja to a zoo. John goes to say a final goodbye, but finds that his companion is no longer a cute baby, but an adult orangutan who is lonely and angry. And things get even worse when John visits Raja in the zoo-and finds out it is more like a prison. So John and Raja are on the run. Will the two regain the friendship they had growing up? Will John find a home for Raja? This book was inspirational, even if it was predictable. I would recommend this book to animal lovers, and probably for older readers. I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.

If you love fantasy and magic this is the book for you because in Geronimo Stilton's magical journey he makes new friends and does mighty quests for Queen Blossom.

I've read all the books in the Lemonade Series and LOVE all of them! I like the Lemonade War a little more, but I think that the new book in the series, The Magic Trap, is REALLY good. I liked it because in the other four books you only hear and hardly see the Treski's dad but in this book he is there almost the whole time, and it is interesting how different Jessie and Evan are around him. In this book, Evan is practicing magic tricks. Their mom needs to go on a trip, and their dad stays with them. He suggests Evan throw a magic show. All is well, and Jessie and Evan are just warming up to their dad when disaster strikes and some unexpected things happen bringing the magic show to their last priority and family first. It seems predictable in the middle, but you'll never guess what happens in the end. I hope everyone will enjoy this book as much as I did!

"Four score and seven years ago..." ( President Abraham Lincoln) I'm this short book it talks a little about President Abraham Lincoln. He was president at a very hard time in U.S history. The North & the South were at war, but he still had time to not only try to win the war and put a end to slavery he also wrote letters to Americans, help the people, and give speeches. His son Tad (Thomas) loved his father and loved to pretend to be a soilder and play and wrestle with his dad. Near the small town of Gettysburg a huge battle took place and nearly 43,000 men died total from both sides. President A. Lincoln was invited to give a short speech in honor of all the men. 15-20,000 people came to here the speeches. One man, Mr. Everett, spoke for nearly 2 hours whilst The Presidents speech was about 2 minutes lomg! Everyone would remember the So we h for many many years to come. Right after Liz and the critter club makes tons of plans for the summer , Liz's mom tells her she has to go to summer school to work on her math grades . Art first Liz was really mad because she had to miss out on an art class but she starts to get used to it .. You'll have to read the rest to find out what happens!
