Wow! A warm-blooded fish! Reptiles and fish are usually cold-blooded. A warm blooded fish is phenomenal!

Whatever After: Fairest of All is a pretty good book. Now, I'm not a fairy tale, happy ever after type of person, but I've got to admit, this novel was stunning. Abby has a realistic and typical teenage girl attitude, while Jonah is all for adventure. Now, Abby just wants to go home to her old house, and get away from Smithville. She hates the new place, and is totally creeped out by a mirror in the basement. But obviously, her annoying little brother always wrecks her chances of trying to maintain a normal life in the area. While "babysitting" Jonah, they end up being whisked away into the story of Snow White. At first, they have no idea what's going on and they need to find a way out. After exploring, they find an old lady with a basket of apples walking towards a pale- skinned girl with black hair. Wait a second...isn't that from a fairy tale or something? Oh yeah...it's Snow White...but she's about to get poisoned! After supposedly saving the day by not letting Snow White eat the poisoned apples, they realize their mistake. How will Snow White find her prince now? Oops. Funny, unique and eventful, this book will definitely appeal to grades 3-6+. This is a great book, and I hope you consider reading it over the summer!

Big Nate: From the Top clearly shows that Lincoln Pierce has done it again. This book is positively funny, and you'll be clutching your sides from laughter by the time you've read a few pages. Nate, the eleven year old who is intent on believing he will be famous, just doesn't seem to stop getting into trouble. Every day it's a battle against teachers, popularity statusses and his locker. Though his life isn't the way he planned it, it is still absolutely HILARIOUS! This is a definite must read and recommendation. It is a great comic book, and you should definitely consider experiencing some of it's glory. Big Nate: Over the Top will absolutely be the next book on your "Funniest books" list.

Incredible. That is the only word I can manage to say after reading this novel. Absolutely incredible. There is definitely no reason in the world why this book is not astonishing. Harry Potter, an orphaned boy living with his cruel uncle and aunt finally finds his true home: Hogwarts. From the moment he stepped onto Platform 9 3/4, his life took a giant change. From that point onward he experienced friendship, power, love, hope and most importantly, magic. Hogwarts, the school of witchcraft and wizardry. Harry's escape from reality. It's the place where he can truly be himself. It's the place where he makes discoveries around every corner. It's the place. . . that he can really call home. Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone is mind-blowing in every way. You will feel happy, depressed, grief-stricken, but above all, you will feel like anything is possible. Once you begin, the end will just be a new beginning, a beginning of adventure, that is. Harry Potter will bring you to the land of wonders and amazement and magic. It will put you into the book, and keep you there until you realize that it's time to let go. But in truth, you never will. You never will let go of Harry Potter, or Hogwarts, or the magic of it all. It will always be there, never-ending it's wonders. This book must be your next read. Because if you do. . . well, let's just say magic will forever be at your fingertips.
