ajg16's book review was featured in Law Enforcement (Yes She Did!).
Did you know as of 2015 17% of police officers were women or every 2 out of 10 recruits were women? This book talks all about what women have gone through to work in Law Enforcement. In October of 1972, Joanne Misko (formerly a nun) and Susan Malone (formerly a member of the United States Marines), became the first female special agents in the FBI. In 2004, Deputy Jennifer Fulford and three other policemen got a call from a 8 y/o boy. He said there was men with guns in his home and he and 2 sisters were trapped in the garage. She was struck by 10 bullets (one of them disabled her shooting hand) and through all that she saved the kids and arrested the criminals. This was a great book and learned a lot about the fight for women to be in the Law Enforcement. Thanks for reading -Ajg16's reviewsOver 4 years agoajg16 added a book review.

After getting shunned from the mansioning apprentice master, Elodie has nowhere else to go. Without money, shelter, or any friends, she finds help from the dragon, called Meenore. Elodie uses her deductive thinking to solve a mystery in Two Castles. I would recommend this for ages 10+ I usually like mysteries so I thought that this one was also quite good. The pace was okay but in the end the plot had such a surprising twist!!! I still like Ella Enchanted better though.Over 4 years agojaden07 added a book review.

Do you believe in wishing? If not, you will now. Ophelia Delphinium Fidgets is a Granter, a fairy that grants wishes except...she hasn't granted any wishes yet. But the rate of fairy dust has been going down lately, and they won't be able to grant a lot of wishes. So 12 are chosen, by the Great Tree itself. And Ophelia is one of the 12 that will grant one of the wishes. She goes on a long and desperate journey, finding that the outside world is much more dangerous than meets the eye. From befriending a stray dog, to almost getting killed by a plane, Ophelia survives all her difficulties but she must make a choice. A choice that might kill the Great Tree and change the fate of the Granters. I would recommend this for ages 10+ This was so cute and the pace was perfect! The characters were so unique and fun. I loved how the author explained things it made everything very interesting. This could still use some improvement but still such a lovely book. Granted reminded me so much of the book Disenchanted and Ms. Hickory! Would definitely recommend this.Over 4 years agopizzagirl7 added a book review.

I don't think there is any other word to describe this graphic novel then - AMAZING! Months after the 9 amazing heroes saved Earth AND Luna, and Cinder Aka the lost princess Arlene was crowned Queen of Luna there are still rogue wolf mutation guys running around earth. And who better to capture them other then Iko! (Who is one of the best characters!) With earth under her protection things can't go wrong. . . .Right? Read this amazing book of your a big fan of Marissa Meyers other books! Thanks for reading -Ajg16's reviewsOver 4 years agojaden07 added a book review.
This book is just the absolute best !!!! It's based on the happy ever afters . It takes place on the Isle of the Lost. The island in which the villains are kept prisoners. its the descendants of the villains that are the anti- heroes (read the 2nd book to know what i mean) It features Mal , daughter of the evilest fairy of them all, Evie, daughter of the Evil Queen, Carlos , son of Cruella De vill, and Jay , son of Jafar. this book is the prequel the the Disney Descendants and its actually the inspiration. If it inspired a movie then you know its worth checking out.Over 4 years ago
