I LOVE this book series!!! From the moment I first read it, I was in love with it. How can the author be so creative? I already read all the series and waiting for the next book, which will be the 9. It is a pretty thick book, but I am sure that you will love it. I am sure that every reader of this series would know, but I read through the whole series with thinking Fitz or Keefe is better for Sophie. You need to read this series and if you had already read it, please follow me!

Dawn and the Impossible Three (Baby-Sitters Club)

Dawn and the Impossible Three (Baby-Sitters Club)

By Ann M. Martin

Dawn Schafer is new to the BSC, so she has a lot to prove, not only to their clients but also to the BSC president, Kristy. So, when Dawn gets a job with three children, she thinks it will go relatively easy. Boy, was she wrong! With missing children, uncontrollable toddlers, and a messy mother to deal with, Dawn has her hands full. But she is not going to give up until she becomes friends with Kristy, and she can control the impossible three. Whichever comes first! I enjoyed this book because it was fun, lively, and a great page-turner. I suggest this for 8+ and people who like friendship and babysitting. Happy Reading!

The Baby-Sitters Club #4: Mary Anne Saves the Day

The Baby-Sitters Club #4: Mary Anne Saves the Day

By Ann M. Martin

Mary Anne has never liked being in charge, she has always left that for Kristy or Claudia or Stacey. But when the BSC girls get in a huge fight, Mary Anne must learn how to stand up for herself and take charge. So, when Mary Anne is babysitting for a little child who is sick, Mary Anne must step up and save the day. This book was exciting, interesting, and fun to read. It teaches the importance of standing up for yourself and stepping up when you need to. I suggest this book if you like emergencies, exciting books, babysitting, and friendship. Happy reading!

Ohhhhh! This is one of the best BSC books!

The Baby-Sitters Club #12: Claudia and the New Girl

The Baby-Sitters Club #12: Claudia and the New Girl

By Ann M. Martin

Claudia loves art! So, when a new girl named Ashley comes to Stoneybrook Middle school, Claudia and Ashley immediately get along. But soon Claudia is spending more time with Ashley than she is with the BSC girls. The BSC girls are mad at Ashley; she's stealing their friend! I thought this book was great! It teaches the importance of not losing sight of the people you care about and not getting caught up with the wrong things. This book had a lot of great life lessons, and I would suggest if you like art, friendship, and babysitting. Happy reading!

The Baby-Sitters Club #11: Kristy and the Snobs

The Baby-Sitters Club #11: Kristy and the Snobs

By Ann M. Martin

Another great work of Ann M. Martin. She is a master! Kristy Thomas, president of the BSC and one of my favorite BSC members (Stacey is my other favorite!), has recently moved because her mother has remarried. But her new stepfather is rich, so thus she moves into a ritzy neighborhood where one of her neighbors has a tennis court in her backyard! Kristy is feeing let down and not worthy. But when something unexpected and sad happens to Kristy and her family, she becomes more comfortable with her new neighborhood, and she even makes a new friend! I suggest this for people who like friendship, babysitters, and animals! 5 stars!

The Baby-Sitters Club #10: Logan Likes Mary Anne

The Baby-Sitters Club #10: Logan Likes Mary Anne

By Ann M. Martin

Mary Anne and the other BSC girls may have bitten off more than they can chew when they decide to start a project for their clients (I forgot what the project was, sorry. I read this book a while ago.) Anyway, they are beginning to worry until they meet a drop-dead handsome boy named Logan in their school. He is from Louisville, and he looks like Mary Anne's favorite celebrity Cam Geary. And, on top of it all, he has babysitting experience! All the girls think he is gorgeous but especially Mary Anne. But since she is shy, she thinks that she has no chance for him to fall in love with her. Was she ever wrong! Logan likes her too and he becomes (by the end of the book) her boyfriend and an official associate member of the BSC! I suggest this book if you like romance, babysitting, and friendship! Happy Reading!

Mary Anne Breaks the Rules (Baby-Sitters Club)

Mary Anne Breaks the Rules (Baby-Sitters Club)

By Ann M. Martin

While babysitting for the Kuhn children, Mary Anne notices that the oldest child, Jake, has really been missing his father. After his parents divorced, Jake has never really had any man-figure to look up to. In an attempt to help Jake, Mary Anne invites Logan, her boyfriend, over to play ball with Jake. All is well until Mrs. Kuhn comes home and finds Logan there. Thinking only the worst, Mrs. Kuhn accuses Mary Anne of being irresponsible. Mary Anne only meant to do the right thing but all Mrs. Kuhn and the BSC girls can see is that Mary Anne broke an important BSC rule. Now because of Mary Anne’s mistake, the BSC might be out of business! This book was SUPER good. It taught the importance of always telling the truth, even when you think someone wouldn’t like it. Also, the admirable virtues of Mary Anne are very apparent in this book. The reader can tell her heart to help people, even if it will get her in trouble. Also, her kindness is very admirable as well. Overall, I thought this book was excellent and would suggest if you like baby-sitting and friendship, Happy reading!
