Kids Books - Life

This book is about two girls who are twins and they want to make some cash so they make a lemonade stand. I love all of the sweet valley twins book, I also just a few day ago started reading "Sweet Valley high" Books. This is a really cool book, All of there books are fun and exiting especially the holiday ones.

I’m sorry to say that despite my attempts to read this, it’s terrible. The put too many details and take to long to get to the point, the idea was good, but poorly executed. I am an avid reader, and it’s usually pretty easy for me to read books, even bad ones. But with this, my eyes glaze over and I involuntarily skip sentences and paragraphs.

This book is great!!! It takes the 39 Clues to the next level. I know what you're thinking, "Oh, how can it get more dangerous and extreme than the vicious hunt for the ultimate power?" Well, super smart Amy and Dan Cahill, along with a band of some other relatives, travel to Italy to follow the orders of an evil anonymous person known as Vesper One, (highest chair in the ruthless and dangerous Vesper organization), who has kidnapped seven relatives and threatens to kill every one of them. (He's not joking! He already shot their au pair, Nellie, who luckily survived.) This book is full of surprises!

I think this is a great book. The only thing that kept me from giving 5th star is that it does not tell you what the story that Baby wrote after her trip says.

I love this series! When seven of Dan and Amy's family members are kidnapped by a group called the vespers they are forced to travel around the world and steal the most priceless items from the most heavily guarded places! With the help of their other family members(all family's hate each other)and there two friend's they have to do the impossible!

Not gonna lie I think Billie B Brown's books are good but if your around my age they are easy to read, a first grader could read it knowing almost all the words, But I'm not reviewing how easy it is to read or how little words on each page, I'm reviewing how I liked the book. So the book is pretty good (Billie should be dancing with the boys because she's more like them when she dances, And kind of worse then them) It's a pretty well thought out plotline.

This book is really good! If you are a basketball fan(The Great Greene Heist by Varian Johnson) or a person who loves books about eccentric teachers(Mr. Terupt book series by Rob Buyea), you will love this book's playful combination of both. 5th graders Rip and Red already have their year planned out, and they're still walking to school! Everything changes once they have a new teacher named Mr. Acevedo, the cool tattoo-filled teacher who vows not to give homework or worksheets. Later, they find out that he's the basketball coach. For Red, he's a basketball machine who's really in it to win it. For Rip, he's amazing at free throws and has skills at basketball, but because of his visible traits of autism(traits, not completely autistic), it's best for him to play, but sit on the sidelines during games. Both boys make the team. Then, there's a huge project that Mr. Acevedo assigns that partners Rip with foul- mouthed, wheelchair- stricken Avery. In Rip's school life, Avery isn't so bad, and slowly becomes a friend. In Rip's basketball life, Clifton United hasn't won a single game. In Rip's community, parents are furious that Mr. Acevedo isn't teaching the proper fundamentals to his students, mainly test prep. In the end, everything turns out wonderful. Avery and Rip nail their project presentation and essay. Rip scores a lot of points for Clifton United against the formidable Millwood, and Red wins the last game of the season with two free throws. Mr. Acevedo work ends up helping his students receive exceedingly high scores. This school year definitely was an amazing one for Rip and Red. One reason I can really relate to this story is because I, too, have traits of autism, just not as visible's as Red's. I love how Phil Bildner creates characters that aren't like anyone else. For me, it gives a sense of reality, how there are people with disabilities who can achieve great things.

This is a book for those of you who like paranormal/weird/sweet romance/appropriate/no cursing/mystery all in one book series. It's perfect for anyone who wants to read something romantic and scary all at once. The main character Daisy is someone everyone would want to be friends with. I think that everyone has a little bit of Daisy in them, whether they realize it or not. I think everyone wants to go on some sort of adventure, or solve a mystery, and Daisy does just that, giving you that feeling of "I want to do that" or just feeling content reading the book. Either way it's perfect for everyone! At the end of each book It leaves you wanting more, thankfully there's a lot in the series. THANK YOU! Marlene Perez for the perfect teen/preteen series!!
