Como C. Llama is the best! We loved this series!!!! 6 year old only wanted to review this series. 8 year old started collecting llamas because of Como, a beloved character. 11 year old and Mom all loved this series, many laughs were had, a bit of nail biting, but mostly just adventure and mystery and we didn't want it to end. My, now 9 year old has written reports on this series, because it was truly a joy to read.

It all starts when six kids have to meet for a weekly chat--by themselves, with no adults to listen in. There, in the room they soon dub the ARTT Room (short for "A Room to Talk"), they discover it's safe to talk about what's bothering them--everything from Esteban's father's deportation and Haley's father's incarceration to Amari's fears of racial profiling and Ashton's adjustment to his changing family fortunes. When the six are together, they can express the feelings and fears they have to hide from the rest of the world. And together, they can grow braver and more ready for the rest of their lives.

A third-person beginner to the Scaredy Squirrel series, Scaredy Squirrel is a great book for light reading, or for beginners in literature. The setting alone - that is to say, respectively, Scaredy Squirrel's nut tree, sets the plot structure, in which Scaredy must overcome his fears and come outside in order to rescue his beloved safety kit. A heartwarming picture book that shows young ones that maybe the unknown is inevitable but rewarding, this modern fable popularized Watt's other works, such as "Have I Got a Book for You?," "Chester," and the follow-ups in the collection, plus his Halloween and Christmas guides. I loved this book because of its humorous moral and simplistic graphics, and would encourage all critter-lovers, be them toddlers or tweens, but NOT GREEN MARTIANS, to read this Melanie Watt wonder.

I loved this! I love dogs that help someone like how Lila helps Hadley. Amazing story! Great to pass some time.

I did not really like this book. How to survive middle school is a realistic fiction book by Donna Gephart, and I think its kind of cheesy. The main character makes some pretty bad decisions on his first day, and it goes down hill from there. He is not friends with his best friend any more, and makes a new one, but the way he acts around her is weird and ridiculous. And he also has this really cringey YouTube videos with his hamster that make him blow up on line. I would reccomend for 8+

I think the book was funny and interesting.

I would recommend this book too grades 3-6 because it is kind of challenging.

Applegate's most popular books are science fiction, fantasy, and adventure novels. “She won the Best New Children's Book Series Award in 1997 in Publishers Weekly. Her book Home of the Brave has won two awards. She has recently written an early chapters series called Roscoe Riley Rules.” This book is a fantastic book with all the challenges Jackson family goes through. I would recommend this book to people who likes adventure or fantasy. This book teaches us that most people actually go through the things that Jackson goes through in his lifetime with his little sister, Robin and his parents, Tom and Sarah. This story also shows us to never let go any of the friends that you've taken away from your life.

I thoroughly enjoyed the reading experience of Talons of Power, never finding myself uninterested. That being said, I think this is definitely the weakest book in the second arc and most of the book can be classified as filler. 3 stars. Before I get into my issues, let me preface this by saying I adore the Wings of Fire books and consider this one of my all time favorite middle grade series. My critiques of this book do not change that, and 3 stars is a positive rating for me. Other than the last 20 pages or so, this book is the same thing happening over and over again. Turtle follows Darkstalker, waiting for him to do something evil, Darkstalker doesn’t. Repeat for 200 pages. Turtle is a very…passive character. He spends nearly the entire book “invisible” and just hanging out observing everyone else. He rarely takes matters into his own hands, which I recognize is part of his character but it makes him so much less interesting compared to the other main characters like Moon or Peril. Turtle is so infrequently involved in the story that he didn’t even feel like the main character. Most of this book is slow and repetitive. A lot of the plot serves to bridge the gap to the series finale. Though I was let down by this penultimate novel, I still enjoyed reading it. I love this series and world. The characters of this arc are extremely endearing. I’ve been reading Tui’s writing since I was very young, so I’m always happy to jump into her stories. I’m still super hyped for the finale. There are so many ways this could go, and I can’t wait to see. Not to mention I think Qibli is the main character of the final book, and he is one of my favorites!

I laughed so hard! R.I.P Barbara Parker. I really love this book! 28 books in the series I think. Junie B. Jones and Tattletale May have gotten in trouble by Mr. Scary. Mr. Scary said if May tattled on Junie B. again, they both would go to the principal's office. When the class sings, Junie B. has some tricks up her sleeves. She sings in May's ears "Jingle bells, bat man smells, P.S so does May. I'd throw May right off the slay and then I'd drive away." Then May yelled "HEY", and Junie B. giggled because it fit right into the song. May didn't care if she was going to go the principal's office. She told on Junie B. Then they both went to the principal's office. May's mom didn't care, because she thought May did the right thing. But for Junie B.... Her parents were mad at her. They said you do not throw someone off a slay. I laughed real hard! I hope you read this book, and enjoy it like I did.
