Hello! Warren the 13th and the All-Seeing Eye is so amazing - will there be a sequel? I love how this book is really unique with really fascinating characters and creepy (but awesome) drawings! I just wanted to ask, what were the hardest and easiest things when you were writing Warren the 13th and the All-Seeing Eye?

Hi felicisowl! Thank you so much for the kind words. I'm actually working on a sequel right now that will be out in October of next year! The hardest thing about writing the book was figuring out the riddles. I took a long time trying to come up with puzzles that wouldn't be TOO easy for people to guess! You'll have to let me know if you think I succeeded! ;) As for the easiest thing, I'd have to say that it was coming up with all the weird and zany guests that show up at the hotel. I had so many ideas for the types of people that would make Warren's life miserable - I couldn't even include them all!

I can't wait for the sequel! I usually have a hard time making riddles (but a much easier time solving them), but you did really well with coming up with them - I was stumped! Your characters are all really unique - it's interesting to see that you have a lot of villainous characters in your mind that you couldn't include them all in your first book - maybe you can put some of them in your second book? And also, I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS for Warren the 13th and the All-Seeing Eye being featured as one of the best children's books of November! That's awesome!

Hi Ms. Tania! Never spoke to an author before! I love the chapters so far. What was your inspiration for the book?
Hi spagetti! Thanks! My inspiration for the story came from my love of magic and Victorian era art and storytelling! I was also inspired by Roald Dahl, who is one of my favorite authors. The art in this book is by Will Staehle (he created the character Warren) so his style was also very inspiring to the story.
