While visiting Boston, Judy meets a British girl named Tori. The girls become pen pals. One day, inspired by British facts and a package from Tori, Judy starts her own Boston Tub Party, based on the Boston Tea Party. Judy and her friends pour tea in the bathtub. Uber messy!
