The moment they saw each other, Bean and Ivy knew they wouldn't be friends. But when Bean plays a joke on her sister, Nancy, and has to hide quick Ivy comes to the rescue, proving that sometimes the best of friends are people never meant to like each other. Vibrant characters and lots of humor make this a charming and addictive introduction to Ivy and Bean.

It is a exiting book.

ivy and bean is awsome because beans mom says that ivy is cool and bean should play with ivy bean dose not so you should read ivy and bean.

This book by Annie Barrows was very funny and satisfying. I loved the way the two girls helped each other, even though they were enemies. It's not my favorite book, but it's still good.

This is the first book of Ivy & Bean series. I like this book because it's mostly for lessons for Bean. I think that Bean should make Ivy her new best friend because Ivy might help her with her sister.

Two girls named Ivy and Bean become best friends. They help each other out when the other person needs help because that's what best friends are for.

As you probably can tell this book is about two girls named Ivy and Bean, and is book 1 in a series. Bean isn't interested in meeting the new girl across the street because she thinks she looks boring. Then she decides to play a trick on her older sister and the new girl, Ivy, comes to her rescue. The girls realize that neither of them are what the other thought they would be and that together they actually make a pretty good team. Ivy is into magic and spells. Bean is a little on the wild side.

This is a great book about unexpected friends. Bean meets Ivy in this book while Ivy is standing still so birds will land on her. Bean gets curious and talks to Ivy. They have many adventures after that!

I love this book.I read it from the library and it's amazing! It about friendship, sisterhood, and it has lots of humor. When Bean and Ivy first each other they just knew they will never, ever be friends. But when Bean plays a joke on her sister,Bean has to hide quickly showing that sometimes best of friends are people never meant to like each other. This reminds me of me and my friend. We thought we would never be friends at the start. Now we are Bffs.Annie Barrows is such a great author.I'm so happy she wrote this amazing series.Ivy + Bean books are the best.I'm telling you.

Ivy and Bean was my favorite childhood series aside from The Babysitters Club! I think it shows that no matter the personality, anyone can be friends!
