I did not like this book because, I just adore animals, especially dogs, and in this book, the main character Karana killed quite a couple of them because they had killed her 6 year old brother. Too much deaths in this book, so I did not enjoy it AT ALL :(

I LOVED THE BOOK. I S THIS A REAL STORY. this story was really a page terning. it is also sad. Altot of people die.

I like island of the blue dolphin because Karana was smart because she knows how to take care herself and I read that she was a real person and her grave was in San Diego and I want to go and see.
