This book is the best diary of a wimpy kid book, it focuses on Greg's summer vacation and shows an in-depth story about Greg's point of view.

I really liked this book. I liked this book because it is funny, exciting, and funny again, just like most of Jeff Kinney's Diary of Wimpy Kid book series. In this book, Greg tries to have a normal summer, and in his taste, this means staying indoors with air conditioning, curtains closed, and playing video games all night long. But his mom doesn't approve of this so she convinces Greg to do something normal in her taste, which is to go to the town pool, and play outside with his friend Rowley. Does Greg's enjoy his summer, or is it a total waste...

This was a great book. Great for anyone who wants humor and an exciting read.

Dog Days is about Greg, who wants to spend his summer indoors playing video games, but he doesn't exactly gets what he wants. and this summer goes crazy. I loved this book, and my favorite character in the whole series is Greg, for obvious reasons.

The book starts with Greg Heffley describing how he is an "indoor person," and how he intends to spend his summer vacation playing video games. His mother, Susan, wants him to go outdoors more often. Their budget is tight, so Greg and his family are not able to go to the beach that summer. This book was great!

This book is fun. Greg Heffley lost his friend Rowley. That's a bit sad. But still good book.
