blossomreader's book review was featured in Explorer Academy: The Nebula Secret.
This book is a must read, and I for one LOVED it! When Cruz Coronado gets accepted into Explorer's Academy along with 23 other students, he's never been happier. He makes friends, like Emmett and Sailor, and his aunt even works there! However, this is the school where his own mother was killed, and Cruz suspects it wasn't an accident. His mother was involved with something dangerous, and those same people who killed her are after Cruz too. Throughout his school missions that were assigned for him and his friends, he discovers that something always goes wrong. Someone is ought to get him, but why? And who is Nebula? With his friends help, can he find out the answer to his life and his mother's death, or will Cruz's nemesis get there first? I rate this book 5 stars for the action and adventure. This book taught me a lot of stuff, and I hope you guys love this book as much as I do!

The Deep End is the 15th fabulous book in the bestselling Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, and if you love adventure and humor, this book is perfect for you. When Greg's family decides to take a vacation, everyone has something different planned. Should they go to an amusement park, or the zoo? All Greg wants to to be away from his family, but Greg's mother has something different planned. Since Manny will have to do something for his age, they decide to take the camper on a road trip for camping! For a moment, they get excited, because what could go wrong when camping? But when they get confronted by a bear, their trip turns upside down, and now they must go to a family spot where even more things go wrong when they realize it's packed with people. How will Greg make this family vacation into something memorable? Read this great book by Jeff Kinney to find out. I rate this book 5 stars because of the humor displayed and the action this book contained.

blossomreaderliked a comment in Stand Up, Yumi Chung!.
Stand Up Yumi Chung is a great book that inspires kids of all ages to be your true self. Yumi Chung loves comedy, only her parents don't approve of it. They want Yumi to be more like her sister and focus on her education to get good job. They even send her to a tutoring place to get her prepared! However, when Yumi finds out there is a comedy club right where she lives, she can't resist going inside, and that's when things start to get weird. Yumi gets mistaken for an absent girl named Kay, and Yumi doesn't correct them. It's her chance to be who SHE wants to be, and not her parents. But what will happen when her parents and new friends from comedy camp figure out about her identity? How can she balance both her lives and not let her secret slip, especially when her family restaurant is losing money? Yumi is forced to make a choice: Either be the person she wants to be, or let her parents decide her future for her. This book has everything to show that just being yourself is enough, and you get to do whatever makes you happy in life. I rate this book 4 stars!
