Have you ever read The Undefeated? The authors of this book are Kuame Alexander and Kadir Nelson. The book was written on May 11 2018. This is a good book because they have some famous people who broke records and made their place in history. This book took place all around the world. The famous musicians, boxers, basketball players, swimmers got hurt during their lifetime. They came to the United States because they weren’t treated right. They stayed brave and positive. It ended really well. I like this book a lot. My favorite part of this book is, I like how they describe The Undefeated. I also like how they said, “ The ones who scored with chains in one hand and faith in the other”. I like how they stand up for themselves. This story makes me feel the emotions of the characters. It made me feel like I should be strong because they said some people are unflappable. It shows me all the people that died because people don’t like black people. It makes me want to help them out and stick up for them. It is not fair to judge people who are different than yourself. This book is a good book because it shows all the undefeated people that are famous, or made a place in history. The message is to be strong, be positive. I think my mom and dad would like this book because they would be interested in it and like it a lot. I would not recommend this to my cousins Cooper, Coner, and CJ because they would think it is a funny suggestion from them. This book is one that all people should take time to read because it is always the reader to see the world in another person’s shoes.

I just finished this book and it was great! It was a bit confusing at first, so don't try to skim over it until 4 or 5 chapters in. It was a great book, you should definitely read it!

A 11,9,and 7 year old whose mother left them behind when the 7 year old,fern was born.The 11 year old, Delphine , takes care of her sisters when they go there to visit her. At first it was hard but then her mother started to be nice until she was arrested because she was "black".They stayed home till neighbors came and helped them.It takes place in the 1960's.It showes how they treated blacks back then and how its like with a mother that hates you.It all ended with Delphine , Vonetta(the 9 year old),and Fern all end up staying with their mother longer because the got a special bond that made them happy with eachother.

The next book in the Gaither Sisters series. The sisters return to Brooklyn with a newfound sense of independence. big Ma is not happy about this. The girls learn that their father has found a new girlfriend, and they got married! Delphine is not happy. Also, the girls are getting reading to head back to school here Delphine learns that the woman who was supposed to be her teacher, Ms. Honeywell, had been replaced with a transfer teacher from Africa. And he is strict. Can she survive 6th grade? But that's not the only problem she faces. There is boy and friend drama, and there's something off about Uncle Darnel...

Thoss book sounds like it has a good plot I also love graphic novels so I thinkj it will be a enjoyable read for me.

I loved the movie, it was so dramatic, romantic, and inspiring.

Another great read by Stacey Lee!! Her words are amazing, and true, and somewhat (how to I put this?) not for immature readers. Personally, I was not bothered, but for the more sensitive reader, you may want to rethink. On another note, I found this book empowering and with just enough romance to satisfy (Oh who am I kidding? There is NEVER enough romance!! I think I found a new fictional Matt!! Sorry peeps inside joke!) Anyhow, READ THIS BOOK!! Oh and please follow me!! -sirireads

I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!it has instesting parts and funny ones but the most ones i like are when betty betrayed her biograly mother because she wants her real mother and not a fake one im also glad that her neighbor adpoted her to give her the best life she wants.betty has 2 brothers and 3 sisters so HARD to live with!!!!!she has a very hard time not trying to think of ur mother.i would be super duper sad to had a boigly mom i love my mom and she is mine and perfect!!!!LOVE U MOMMY AND DADDY!!!!OXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX!

This book is amazing, It is really an emotional rollercoaster. You began with this 8th grader called Douglas (He is referenced as "Doug" or "Douggo") moving to a new town called Marysville. He finds himself talking to a girl who happened to be Lilian Spicer or Lil for short. Her dad is the owner of a store with a delivery service and Doug gets the job. He soon goes to the library and meets Mr.Powell, a librarian. Mr.Powell brings out Doug's interest in drawing and soon Doug uncovers a big mystery. This Book is really good, It's like a mystery, drama, comedy, and love novel all in one. I really recommend this book for people who are going through some issues because this book helped me out with mine. I don't know how, but it did.

I thought this was a great book about true friendship, love and courage. A lot of people are quite prejudice about Stephanie Meyer because they don't like the twilight films. personally I think her writing is very good. If you like romantic stories with a bit of action in it I would recommend this book
