Kicking and Screaming By Susan Korman BookReview by Asher S The story takes place mostly in a soccer field in Highland Heights in modern times. The story is about a kid named Sam who played on the Gladiators. The team Is coached by his grandfather Buck who is very competitive about all sports. He didn't give a lot of playing time to Sam. So then Grandpa Buck traded Sam to the Tigers the worst team in the league. So dad (Phil) got very mad at his father. So in the first game of the season. The coach of the Tigers doesn't come. So Phil coached them for the game. And after the game he decides to be head coach. So he watches A lot of sport's movies and read books to be a good coach. After losing every game he decides to have Mike Ditka as A assistant coach. Coach Mike found two Italians stars to play on the Tigers. And they won every game but the big problem is Phil is starting to be like his father. And also doesn't give enough playing time to Sam. So when the Tigers and Gladiators get in the championship it’s a very competitive game and the winner is… I highly recommend this book cause it's so good that I was interested the whole time even though I don’t like soccer. The book is good for 4-8 grade and for book reviews. It is also very appropriate there is no romance just soccer. It's good for boys and girls. Nice book to read with hot cocoa and snacks (ice cream).

Paintball invasion is a fantasy book and the author is Jake Maddox. The characters are Chad, Michael, Anyon, and Garrett. They were playing paintball in the woods. Then they got ambushed from the high schoolers. Their color for paintballs are yellow. Anyon said that it really hurts when hit by paintballs. The cool part is when Anyon, Chad, Michael, and Garrett hide in the trees in the woods and they waited until the high schoolers came and the ambushed the high schoolers. I think if anybody likes Jake maddox should read this book.

Boost is an amazing book about a 6’2 13 year old girl named Savvy. All Savvy wants is basketball. Savvy is a hard worker and very determined to succeed. This is a mystery realistic fiction book written by our Kathy Mackel. Savvy's family just moved. Savvy has a chance to make the varsity basketball team. With a pretty perfect shot, and talent she definitely deserves to make the team. But when steroids are found in her basketball bag, that she says are not hers everybody has their own supections. My favorite part of the book is definitely when they find the steroids in her bag. I couldn’t stop reading, it was all a big mystery. I was tempted to skip to the end of the book and find out what happened. I would recommend Boost to any girls who play basketball or sports! I loved reading Boost and really connected to it because it is in our time and can relate to many girls. Its definitely a 5 star book.

I decide to read this book because its like a instructions to me because I love to play volleyball. What I thought about this book is that it has lots of things .Also the book has bad things that happen when this one girl got hurt from playing volleyball .

These books are really cool. Almost everything I don't believe, but I can tell it is true. There are so many kinds of books. There are big ones called ultimate weird but true and there are little squared ones also. I love weird but true

this book is not a book I would recomened you have to be baseball fan to enjoy this book

Because I like boxing and my teacher said it was a short and easy book.
