125 True Stories of Amazing Animal Friendships

By Lisa M. Gerry

I think this is an amazing book because I just love animals of any kind top to bottom! This book includes dogs and cats and other animals like elephants that I love!!! This book will be a good book to read while you're bored or when you are taking a long trip!! I love this book because I'm trying to get my mom to buy me a dog!!! Some people are afraid of pets and animals but when you read this book you will realize how cute and furry they are! A lot of animals know the way you feel and really understand you, when you feel down they lift your heart and make you feel good! I just can't resist this book!! I have to get this book because there are so many animals that I would like to learn about that I didn't know were here!! Some dogs and cats go along with each other pretty well!! Anything with animals in it besides some things I instantly love!! Animal lovers or not I'm telling you right now this is a great book!! I think this book is good enough to entertain adults and kids of all ages!! This book will help you realize how animals are so loving and cute!!

Lost in the River of Grass (Carolrhoda Ya)

Lost in the River of Grass (Carolrhoda Ya)

By Ginny Rorby

Could you imagine being stuck in the Florida everglades. For 5 days. In the book Lost in The River of grass by Ginny Rorby the main character Sarah and a boy she met while on this field trip get lost in the Florida everglades. The antagonist is the treacherous waters and the blazing hot sun. The protagonist Sarah and Andy. A problem Sarah and Andy face is not having enough to eat or drink. Another problem they experience is having to trudge through knee deep water which what they're stepping in is mud and limestone which has holes in it. I would say the turning point is when they start to hear planes and helicopters flying around them. I would recommend this book to 6th grade and up this is a YAC book so it has some advanced stuff. But if you can handle that kind of stuff this is a great book about survival and perseverance. Will they make it out or will they die unknown.

Audacity

Audacity

By Melanie Crowder

star student

The author (Melanie Crowder) makes me feel like I'm in the story because Melanie Crowder uses awesome words and makes the story so intense. For example, in the story its says "We travel half way the world and still my dreams are impossible." and she's one of my favorite authors and in every single part i could feel her same pain and happiness. It's a really good book I love it.
