Kids Books - Sciences

This book is very intriguing. It makes you ponder race and racial injustice. It is good for ages 12 and up, because of the controversial topics (Rape, lesbiansim, etc...) But it is a very emotional read that just may change your point of view.

The book I have read is pride and prejudice (unbridged) I think it is an awesome book and should be read with great reflection. it is a bit hard to follow since it was written in to early 1800s but it is really great with a dictionary by your side!

I really liked this book because of its stories.For example, it talked about how in junior hockey leagues, children born around the beginning of the year have a lot larger chance of becoming pro players than kids born towards the end of the year. It was very entertaining and i give it 9/10.

This was a very interesting title. It is about a hare planting and harvesting a gardern and giving certain parts of the vegetables to a bear.

The book above, "Poles Apart", is not the same book as we are reading in school but the content looks very similar. Any book or information that you can find about the Arctic and Antarctic would be great. Read the information with and/or to your child and ask questions.

it is a very good book. I got it as an early Christmas present and so far i am on chapter 3. It is a real page turner! :)
