3 words- awesome, awesome, awesome. Though I may be a Girl (a sporty one at that) I still LOVED this book as much as any boy would. This book includes mystery with lots of good humor. This a great read and is lots different from what the cover implies. LOVED

You will enjoy this book if you like humor. This is the second book in the series and it was just as funny and exciting as the first one. Loved getting to spend more time with the characters.

Read this book aloud with my daughter and we are continuing the series. It is a fun way to introduce chapter books to younger girls and tweens. Based on the Monster High dolls you can almost play along as you read!

This is about a girl called Lizzie.Lizze hates changing stepdads.Her mum is going to mary a another boy.His name is Sam.

I have recently read the book Ways to Live Forever by Sally Nicholls. The book is about an eleven year old boy named Sam McQueen and he has leukemia. He states on the first page that he will most likely die by the time the reader is finished with the book. He comes up with a list before that he wants wants to complete before he dies such as sledding, going to a proper school, learn about UFOs, horror movies , airships, and kissing a girl. Unfortunately he does not finish all the things on his list but he still had his hope. I thought this book was a very sad but intriguing book. I couldn't stop reading this book! I really wanted to know what Sam was going to do next, but in the end I had a fear tears when Felix died. Then on top of that the main character Sam died and that is when I said in my mind, nooooooooo! When Sam died on that hospital bed I thought I was actually there with him. He died peacefully in his sleep. It was like a movie in my mind! The author did a good job with the book, I thought this was a true story but surprisingly it wasn't. This book is realistic fiction because it was a story that could have really happened. This book I think is open to ages 10-and above. There was some use of strong language and the book was pretty sad. Most importantly the plot of the book was amazing. Sam also had some internal and external thoughts. He had to battle leukemia and its stages. This is an example of internal conflict because he is battle something with himself. There was also an external conflict when Felix died and Sam was very sad and was going through a lot. This book was a great book and I would recommend this book to anyone out there who wants to read about realistic fiction that is a little sad at the end.

I hate this book with a passion. The main character is weak and poorly written, and all of her friends are complete jerks. I could not finish it. I did not like the plot nor the character, very predictable, and just frustrating and boring to get through! One of the worst books I read tbh, sorry but I could just not get into it!

Have you ever wanted to be a great engineer? This is a story about a little girl named Rosie Revere. She wanted to be a great engineer, but she was shy because her favorite Uncle the zookeeper, that she made a cheese hat for him to keep pythons off his head but he laugh till he cried. You will have to read the book to find out the rest. My favorite port is when she sold her great aunt Rosie.

Boom Crash went Mean Jean when she stomped to the playground . I love Recess Queen because its a good book for if you have been bullied and learning to be a upstander to bullies . Recess queen is about Mean Jean, she is head of the playground until Katie Sue came along. I like the book because Katie Sue is the upstander to Mean Jean. Also I like the book because the illistrator did a really good job drawing the pictures .Last I like the book because the auother used awsome words that replace boring words.Will Mean Jean keep the playground hers or not,read Recess Queen to find out.
