This book Just Jamie is about Jamie and her friend Maya who their real friends are on the last day of seventh grade. She has a feeling that her old friend group is talking bad about her. They have started to exclude her and make fun of her because of the way she dresses. Maya starts feeling more annoyed with Jamie. She didn't like how babyish she had seemed compared to the popular girls. Maya and Jamie then become good friends again. I gave this book a five-star rating because I feel like someone can relate to this even if it is not happening to them.

Book after book of I funny, it just gets better and better (and funnier). We're introduced to the continued scenario: THE FINALS ARE IN THREE DAYS!!! Jamie's sweating enough to fill Niagara Falls, he just KNOWS that he's gonna choke, his brain is crammed with jokes (great jokes and...not-so-great jokes), the Smiley family is as "smiley" as ever, and then: The Planet's Funniest Kid finals gets...CANCELED. WHAT?! Is this the end of Jamie Grimm's somewhat-short career? Not so fast. With promises of his own TV show, big bucks, (personal security guards), endless limousine rides, and all that wonderful fairy-tale happy ending stuff IF he wins the contest, (it didn't really get canceled after all, did it?) somehow you get the feeling that Jamie's going to be sweating a lot. Get an empty swimming pool, you might need one. Because Jamie's in for one heck of a ride. (No pun there, he's still in his wheelchair.)

Charlie Joe lets his parents send him to summer school camp. At first, he doesn't like it, but he comes up with a goal. His goal is to turn everyone into non-readers. I really liked this book because it reminded me of the time I went to a camp. I really related to this book so I give it 5 stars.

Dave Barry writes another outstanding book. Wyatt Palmer and his idiot friend Matt return, and when Matt's ferret is kidnapped by twin seniors, they try to recover it, only to find something more criminal about the family. I loved this book and got to meet Dave Barry, I recommend it.

This book was awesome! The main character is a boy named Jake. He just moved from the best team he ever played on, to a not so talented team. Please read this book to find out what happens to Jake.

I love this book!! I recommend this book for people who like novels and realistic fiction. Claire Goldsmith is an 8th grader who is going through so many problems, such as her dance friends leaping their way to the high school dancing level while she is stuck dancing with 11-year-old pipsqueaks, and the fact that the bullies in her school have gotten worse (Ryder Scott, to be specific), but those problems are nothing compared to what her father is going through. Meanwhile, she has a science teacher who compares everyone to her perfect daughter, Meredith, and her dance school's Dad Dance, and Claire isn't sure if she'll survive 8th grade...

I saw my little sister reading and I thought: 'why don't I read this myself?' Turns out, it was a very interesting read but a bit below my age. Basically, a kid named Zack Mcgee has an alien "pet" who crashed through his room. To Zack's horror, Amp (The alien's name) has been sent to Earth to scout the area for an invasion from his planet. They will attack in a few days, and Zack and his friend Olivia have to send back Amp to call off the massive invasion. I enjoyed this novel, but I recommend this book for younger readers.

I think this book wasn't the worst book ever. In fact, I read it in one sitting! It just seemed like a copycat or spin-off of Junie B. Jones. But, for a almost fifth grader like me, this book didn't really seem to cut it. The plot line seems very shaky and there wasn't much emotion, especially compared to the last book I read and reviewed, called "Nest". I thought since it had the Junie B. Jones essence, it would make me laugh out loud. It did not. The ending was kind of funnily surprising but, it wasn't hilarious.I don't know if its because of my age but, this book continuously seemed to disappoint me.

I have a book called don’t let the pigeon drive the bus! I think you don’t let the pigeon drive the bus. The “Don’t Let the pigeon drive the bus”is fun because Pigeon say “Please” why “I cannot” hey pigeon will tricked you and it’s so fun and there one bus driver never he can do something wrong with the pigeon and there and pigeon so sad that he can not do something he wants to do. Pigeon book Doesn't start yet But at the title pigeon hot dog! And it so fun and he always says reader it’s not fair! So that’s why i like it :) And it looks like saying to you! so it’s fun and i like it so you liked to may have or do you know any pigeon books if you like that books then you will like this too! There is cute duckling and pigeon always jealous him bye. I think pigeon book is best book because it’s so funny buy the book! -BL
