I really enjoyed this book! Christian runs away from home as a young boy and a troll named Edric takes him in when Christian refuses to tell him who his family is (whom Christian soon forgets) and as he grows, he becomes fascinated with watching the royal family through his telescope across the river. Especially the youngest, Princess Marigold. He is entranced of how she loves to read and dig in the garden, in complete contrast to her perfect older sisters, the blonde triplets. One day he sends her a note by pigeon asking what she was reading, and a wonderful friendship blossoms. The only thing is, Christian never signed his real name, just his initial, C. When Chris is 17, he sets out to find work at the castle and finally meets Marigold in person. He hasn't revealed to her that he is 'C' yet. But Marigold is special. She has the ability to read thoughts if she is touching someone, so everyone avoids her. But Chris doesn't, and she quickly figures out that the new servant is her best friend! But Marigold's selfish, cruel mother, Queen Olympia, has a plan to marry off Marigold to a royal and kill the wonderful king (her husband!) so she can rule on her own! But Marigold and Chris do not plan to let that happen...What will happen next?! I really liked the style of this author's writing and how this book was funny, suspenseful, and added a little romance! I recommend this book to ages 8+ and I give it 4 stars!

This book is a real doozy! In the story Lucy gets a light up lollipop strawberry-smelling pen. FANTASTIC! Heidi is a little jealous, though. One day, Heidi's Aunt Trudy got her a lollipop pen! Heidi was delighted until, SHE FOUND OUT THE PEN DIDN'T LIGHT UP OR HAVE A STRAWBERRY SCENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heidi and Lucy, 5 days later, are invited to go to Bruce's house to see his new invention. The next day, though, Lucy discovers her pen is.... GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lucy knows how much Heidi wanted her pen. She thinks Heidi is the thief! How can Heidi prove she's not the thief? Read the book to find out!

I am reading this book to my 5 year old and it is the cutest book ever! The Heidi Heckelbeck books are some of the most recommended books by me to other parents.

This book is really good!

It is so Wizardy

The third story of the series The Magic Thief is set when Connwaer is still banned from the city of Wellmet. He is trying to find his locus magicalicus, a stone that helps a wizard to perform magic. He uses a finding spell to find his locus stone then follows a trail leading to it. He is accompanied by Rowan, the duchess's daughter, and Argent, her sword crafting teacher. Conn is carried away by a dragon to a mountain were he finds his locus stone and returns to battle an evil kind of magic that attacks the city.

Hi Guys! Ok..So I'm the author. Yes. True. And I can't think you guys enough for checking out the story. My story. The third book in this Trilogy is coming out in October and Ends Darel's journey. Taemon lives in a world where everyone has psi, or telekinesis. But he loses it because he almost kills his back-stabbing brother. He is separated from the psi world to a world without psi, like him. He discovers strange things in the colony, that urge him to save the city. For example, he learns he has another type of psi, and he is the True Son. He goes to the city with his friend to save everyone who hasn't mysteriously disappeared. He finds his brother as the True Son. He gets his psi back. And he saves the psi city. (Though everyone loses their psi, the telekinesis one.)
