Twelve (The Winnie Years)
By Lauren Myracle
this is an awesome series about a girl named Winnie who guides readers from when she was just 10, all the way through when the turned 14. At first, Winnie is a outgoing girl who doesn't want to grow up but has a best friend who is growing up too fast. i would recommend this book to girls ages 8-11. If you read this book once, it will stay with you for a long time. Shine on, Lauren Myracle!
Betty & Veronica: Fairy Tales (Archie & Friends All-Stars)
By Archie Superstars
Betty and Veronica shine in yet another graphic novel! This time, they're poofed into a series of fairy tales, with regular Riverdale characters as the fairy talers. In Snow White and the Riverdale Dwarfs, Betty is Snow White and goes on a quest to rescue herself from Veronica, Miss Evil Queen! Cheryl Blossom fits in as the mirror and of course, Archie is the perfect man to be the prince! Packed with fun, Betty & Veronica: Fairy Tales is an awesome read for any classic lover.
First Light
By Rebecca Stead
I love this book!! It is Rebecca Stead's first novel, but it is very different from her others. It was kind of hard to get in to the first time, but now that I have read it many times it has gotten better. It would be so amazing to think that there might be another world, much smaller but still its own, underneath our ground. It is such a heartwarming story!!! I recommend this book to all ages, I loved it when I was younger and my dad loves it too :) So great!!

Little Critter: Snowball Soup (My First I Can Read)
By Mercer Mayer
I like this book because, when i go go to the hospital i think of this book and to not be scared. This book also lets you know that you can do things without any body helping you. And everyone was happy when he arrived at school.

THIS BOOK IS SO GOOD BECAUSE IT TALKS ABOUT GIRLZ AND HOW THY DO LITTLE THINGS......
Booked
By Kwame Alexander
I JUST finished this book, and it's A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. It's written in verse/poetry style and it's about a boy named Nick. He plays soccer and something really bad happens- his parents get divorced. Then he can't play in a special tournament in Dallas because he sprained his ankle and something was wrong with his appendix. This book is full of up's and downs. I usually am not a person to read about sports but this one was very interesting and written well. When you start reading this book, you want to keep on reading it until you get to the end, if I ever stopped reading it I would feel like I was on a HUGE cliff hanger because there is a lot of cliff hangers if you dont just keep reading the book. Either way, this book deserves a medal. If you're a fan of soccer, I would TOTALLY recommend this book to you- or even if you're not into soccer, still READ THIS BOOK!
Timmy Failure: The Book You're Not Supposed to Have
By Stephan Pastis
The Timmy Failure series by Stephan Pastis, is a very hilarious fiction series about a boy named Timmy Failure, who has a detective business, and solves them in the most silliest ways. This book is really funny, and i recommend it to those starting to read hard chapter books.
