Marcus Vega is really big for his age. His brother has Down Syndrome. Marcus is collecting money off of his principal’s rules. His family doesn’t have a lot of money and it is just him, his mom, and his brother Charlie. After Marcus punches a boy for calling his brother a retard, his mom decides that it is time to take a break with her family. They go to Puerto Rico to see all of his family there, but what Marcus is interested in is finding his father. I love the diversity of this book and the fact that the book is based on the author's own experiences. Everyone should read this book because it is spectacular in many ways.

Kids read books for enjoyment, but Rowan of Rin is the complete opposite of this. Rowan of Rin is a book that Emily Rodda created for middle school children to enjoy, but she struggles. After reading this you will see why. Firstly, Rowan of Rin has too many characters. All of them are technically talking at the same time. This is so confusing. When I was reading, this book, I was so confused with who is talking. So this means there are too many characters. Next, this book is based on a dragon and it’s even on the front cover, but it’s hardly in the book. The dragon comes and goes. You won’t even realise that there’s a dragon in the book. Lastly, oveusly you will know that Rowan saves his village, there’s no surprise. It says it on the front cover. My teacher even said “Rowan hasent deffeted the dragon yet” he knows what’s going to happen. As you can see Rowan of Rin is bad. It has too many characters, there’s not much of a dragon and there’s no surprise. So don’t wast your wonderful time reading this, go find some other cool book.

At Your Service is an amazing read. I enjoyed it, because is very well written, with an interesting plot and creative characters. I don't usually like to read mysteries, but I couldn't put At Your Service down. I loved how random trivia facts and "hotel speak" were incorporated throughout. Jen Malone (the author) came to a book club that I had for At Your Service. I learned a lot about the writing process and how At Your Service came to be. I would highly recommend this book.

My baby sister loves this book every time I read it to her she just stays quiet ,starts to fall asleep and it is easier for my mom to make fall asleep!🤗

This book was written by Jackie Robinson’s daughter. (Jackie Robinson was the first to break the color barrier in baseball) this is an amazing book to read to get the under standing of what it was like to be black and in that time . A MUST READ!!

I think this is a very interesting book. It shows you should always love yourself. Genesis is a young girl who doesn't love herself. She complains about her skin color (How she thinks she's to dark) and gets picked on about it. Two girls made a list about her that says 100 Reasons Why We Hate Genesis. Even though it only went up to 60, she continued it to 87. She has a father who drinks and she hates that very much. I love this book.

Are you bored on the looong summer drive? Are you bored at school? Get this book, and have pages and pages of puzzles to entertain you at the most boring times!

This book was funny, the funniest part was when he was the sail that made the boat go. I like funny books.

In this story Stanley goes to Egypt and accidently helps the bad guys. He notices his mistake and makes them go to jail.

I like this book so much I read it like 1 2 3 4 5 I read it 6 times and I want to read more books of it. 👍
