I love this book! This is based on a true story about the author herself, Patricia Polacco. Trisha has trouble reading. She could not read until she was in 5th grade. All the kids made fun of her and teased her. When her teachers would call on her to read aloud, they would have to help her with every word. She was bullied. Every day. She started not believing herself. But one teacher named Mr. Falker believes in her. He helps her and encourages her to overcome her reading disability. Good for fans of fantasy books where magic is neither all-powerful nor easy (such as Harry Potter, where magic isn't easy, but it is definitely almost all-powerful).

If you like puppy's I think i found the perfect book for you. This book is called Snowball I recommend you reading this at Christmas so you get into the Christmas spirit. In this book there is a little puppy that was left at a old dumpy gas station but a nice boy and his family decided to foster Snowball and it turns out that Charles the nice boy has a buddy that lives at a place where elderly people live and she adopts snowball. it is a about this girl and she her name is sunny and her and her sister starr were separated when they were three years old because their mom and their grandma died in a car accident so then sunny went with a relative and starr just got adopted put the women that adopted starr wanted sunny to but the relative wanted one to so then the relative got sunny then the relative just gave sunny to her son so then he abandoned her then she went to foster homes then all that she had of her and her sister was a old photograph of her and her sister and her grandma but sunny doesn't have a picture of her mom because the mom was taking the pictures of them. sunny loves twinkies and her foster moms name is rita and so her foster mom like healthy food so she couldn't eat twinkies for breakfast,lunch and dinner because she loves twinkies so she went to go and get twinkies and then she finds a bag and it had 820 dollars that some body lost . so then rita goes to teach her yoga class because she teaches yoga so then sunny wants to go and find her sister starr so then sunny dyes her hair green and cut her hair then she leaves rita a note that says that she is leaving to find her sister starr . and then you are going to have to read the book if you want to know what happens.

this review is about The Last Book In The Universe. I describe this book futuristic adventures and mind blowing . main character Spaz. spaz wanted to save his sister. but on the way spaz and his friends were getting trouble . I really like this book because it is a really interesting. I think that it is a good book because it is about this one boy named spaz wanted to save his sister from cancer and he really wanted to save his sister. this is a good book because it is a mind blowing and it was a futuristic. this book is the beet book in the universe .

When Tristan’s family moves to a small town in the middle of nowhere, Petersville, Tristan is pretty bummed. Their home in the city was great! Why did they have to move? Unlike his sister, he isn’t gifted and he isn’t super cute and always making adults laugh like his younger sister. He’s a baking genius who’s always inventing new recipes. But that doesn’t matter in Petersville. In Petersville, he’s just Tristan. There’s no pizza or baking here. But then Tristan finds an old general store who sells doughnuts. Tristan is beyond excitement. Finally, some deserts! Unfortunately, the store doesn’t sell doughnuts anymore even though they were world famous. But Tristan won’t take no for an answer. Some racoons, a new friend, and a whole lot of doughnuts help Tristan finally realize what he needs. Maybe living here won’t be so bad. Laugh, cry, and eat doughnuts while reading this book.
