REVIEW FOR IN A GLASS GRIMMLY AND A TALE DARK & GRIMM: Hansel and Gretel is not just breadcrumbs and evil witches. There's more to the story than that. Same with Jack and Jill. They didn't just fall down a hill. There were other details; details that were not told in the original short version. Or so Adam Gidwitz tells us. Both pairs of characters long for something different in their lives. These extremely scary and gory tales capture their journeys. Hansel and Gretel long for good parents who wouldn't cut off the heads of their children, and Jack and Jill are ashamed of something, and are looking for a new home and life. In two enthralling tales of adventure and gore, Adam Gidwitz's first two books are sure to make readers fans of the author and leave them begging for more fairy tales. My Thoughts: I really loved these two stories. They were so perfectly written and the author is SO creative! He must have quite an imagination to put all of this together into one story. At the end of In A Glass Grimmly, he says where the stories came from and that is very fascinating. I also have to give him a high-five for the character Eidechse von Feuer, der Menschenfleischfressende, the giant salamander; both the name and the character himself are awesome, as well as the spunky narrator who warns us throughout the story when lots of gore is up ahead. The cover art is amazing, and Hugh D'Andrade did a fantabulous job with the art. This book totally made me want to read more fairy tales and I think Adam Gidwitz deserves a standing ovation for these wonderful retellings and his creative adding on. These books are a must-read for fairy tale lovers, and especially for Grimm fans! I can not wait for the final book, The Grimm Conclusion, coming in October!

In Lenny Cyrus School Virus Lenny Cyrus shrinks himself down to a microscopic level trying to prove that he can do something that nobody else has done before and that completely breaks all laws of physics, to his parents who are both Nobel Prize winners. Lenny goes inside Zooey Andrews’s body and gets stuck in there for six hours with a virus named Astro. He meets a steroid called Lug and turns him into a caffeine molecule eventually every steroid wants to be turned into a caffeine molecule too. After a while of watching how Lenny did it, they all learn how to do it themselves and every one turns itself into a caffeine molecule; completely disrupting things. When Lenny makes it up to Zooeys brain he makes it across the blood brain barrier but leaves a hole letting a virus get into her brain. The virus, starts slowly eating away at all her white blood cells and slowly killing her in the process. In the meanwhile Zooeys putting on a play that she’s been working on for two years and cant afford to get sick now. I think that this book is an okay book. Although its cover doesn’t look as good as it could have been, and the title isn’t the best either, the book isn't as bad as it seems when you first look at it.

Pete Watson is a video game nerd or geek or whatever u want to call it. So one day while his dad and mom are at his dad's company softball tournament Pete decides to sneak out and get the new Brawl-A-Thon 3000 but when he gets to the money he realizes that his mom borrowed $20 for him. Mad that he can't buy his game Pete decides to have a garage sale. While selling, a bug exterminator want's to buy his dad's old Commandroid 85 Arcade system. Little does Pete know that selling this the console will change the events of the world.!! A Kajllion times worse!!!! (totally legit number) If you like Diary of a Wimpy Kid you would love this book and the other books from diary of wimpy kid really funny as much as big nate piz read and have fun i mean like this book is really fun and i have not read it Line 2 Pete Watson is a video-game master who has the most normal family. Or so he thinks. When Pete finds out that not only is his dad a spy, but he was also trapped in a video game for evil purposes, it is up to Pete and his friends to solve the mystery. But can they crack the case before it's too late? This book was pretty good and I think that it will be very good for people to do.

i love this book

This book is very funny because there is a boy named Freddy Lupin and he lived with his uncle named uncle hotspur and in his first transwolfation, he turns into a poodle instead of a wolf [you will be upset too!!]. Then his cousins named Harriot and Carriot captured him and then his moonstone lit up because somebody was near his home!!Then he ran away and then he found a dog named batty and then one day, they were stealing sasages from the meat store and ended up in Coldfox.Then the next day they were trying to find a way out of coldfox.then they throwed Freddy in the ghost hound chamber and found out that it was his dad!!Then they escaped and went home to destroyed hotsper because he wanted to kill his father because he wanted to be The Grand Growler so they defeated hotsper and then freddy can turn into a wolf and a poodle and now he was a hero.

I think you should read the three ninja pigs because it is a awsome book and I think you should read it.

squish is a funny book and i loved it. i read the fourth book of squish and i can wait for the sixth book of it.
