this book I read was good,because o the titl,and the book.

At first look, the cover grabs your attention and seeing the shovel and map you immediately know these boys are about to have some fun. It’s also very colorful. This story is about Fish, Roger, TJ, a bully named Bryce, Captain Kidd, well at least his legendary treasure, and their librarian, Mr. E. Mann (get it? Mystery man!) who appears to be looking for the same treasure. When the bully bets them $50 they can’t find it, they get busy trying to find the treasure to win. “This is a historical document. It’s worth tons of money. It’s probably priceless.” I like these boys. They’re rowdy, poke fun at each other, like bugs and everything else that is gross, and you can really tell they are good friends. These boys like to have fun and they might even get other kids thinking and using their imagination to play outside and go on their own adventures. I like how the author did real research about the pirate Captain Kidd and his long lost buried treasure. I know if I lived closer, I’d probably get my friends together and try and find it also. An added bonus is there are quite a lot of pictures in the book which can help push the story along for kids who might need something to look at besides words. I also read a lot of books and notice that most boy books are the same, but this is different and I think boys will like to read this for a change and girls too.

This book was AMAZING! I think everybody should read this book, it was with a mix of fantasy and magic; I'm pretty sure everybody will like this witty novel... honestly I don't really read that much fantasy book because some books I read that are in the category(fantasy/magic) turn out too be not to great unlike the Harry Potter series(GREAT fantasy/MAGICAL series) or the Septimus series(AMAZING)... but honestly this was really awesome... but also because I really liked the Septimus Heap series... this book added a nice touch to this series, but even though you didn't read the Septimus Heap series, you could still jump right in to this amazing book! So it starts off with Alice or Tod (she likes being called Tod) being new to be a pathfinder, searches out in a journey... I don't want to tell you guys to much because 1. I'll spoil some stuff (which i DO NOT want to do) 2. you have to read it, because it's that AMAZING!!!! It's just the story is fantastic, the plot and the character is original and witty... and don't get me started on the whole story... the details feel so real I could like sense that they are like right there... it's kind of like the Septimus Heap series, but with a little different style, but once you start reading you'll fall in love with this book (not literally) like I did, but you'll probably want more of these series... Anyways Tod tries to save Ferdie(one of her close friends) from the Lady(or actually the Garmin)... Now it's up to Tod and Oskar with a special wizard to save Ferdie... but saving others Tod may have to pay a price... What will happen? Can Tod help save friends, others, and even herself... and will Tod understand as a Pathfinder to learn and to know how to do some of her tasks? Well it's up to you to read and find out trekking through this mysterious and magical journey! I hope you guys READ it and enjoy!!!!

I want to read this book because i read the last book, "The Frankenstein's Dog" , and it got more interesting.

this book is awesome! its about these smart twins and how theyre father is an inventor. The twins get kidnapped so that their father could give one of the inventions to the kidnappers. the twins have to figure out a way to escape. i love books like this one because it has some mystery/ action/ pure awesomeness in the book. i recommend this book to anyone.

I really liked this book. It's probably the best in the series(although I haven't read the newest 1 yet). It continues the story of Milla, Yasaman, Violet, and Katie-Rose. In this book, Milla is in deep trouble with max, she commites hamster-cide. Yasaman isn't ready for a bf, but she is going to pair up her fav teachers At the Lock-In! She needs all of her friends help, but when Ms. Perez doesn't plan on coming and Violet pulls out 2, how will this plan work?
