This book, "The Hero Two Doors Down'' is based on the true story of eight year old Steven Satlow and his hero Jackie Robinson in 1948. Steven heard a rumor that an African family was moving into a jewish neighborhood, the one he lived in. All Steven's neighbors were against it, because they didn't want an African family in their neighborhood, or in other words, they cared about race. It so happens that Stevens hero, Jackie Robinson moved in two doors down from him. This book is so cool and one of the best books I've ever read!

This was the perfect ending to the perfect series!! The Penderwicks are funny, smart, sporty, and above all, loving. These have something for everyone. They taught me lots of things. Rosalind taught me to be selfless and caring. Skye taught me to speak your mind and NEVER compromise. Jane taught me to be whimsical and to learn from your mistakes. Batty taught me to be true to yourself, no matter who you are. Ben taught me to follow your heart, even when it points you in odd directions. Lydia taught me never to walk when you can dance. Carole Hanson, a 13 or 14 years old girl, who has a natural riding ability who loves one stallion named Cobalt who has owned by one girl, who Carole doesn`t like, Veronica di Angelo. Veronica is a snobby but careless girl. One day when Veronica was just practicing jumping with her horse, Cobalt, when all of the sudden, both of Cobalt and Veronica fell but Veronica was injured pretty badly but got better but for Cobalt, it`s costed him his life so he died. Despite the death of Cobalt`s, Carole announced that she would quit the riding so her friends, Elizabeth "Lisa" Atwood and Stephanie "Stevie" Lake decided that they should to try conceive Carole to get back riding with them. That`s one part of the book but I wouldn`t want to spoil entire book for you guys but still I would def recommend that book! - Happy Reading!

The book is called The Truth About Magic, and obviously, it is about magic. Brystal discovers that she is actually a fairy! In a matter of days, Brystal is sent to the Bootstrap Correctional Facility for Young Women. The facility "cures" fairies by making them do chores like digging holes in the ground and making shoes.One day, a strange fairy named Madame Weatherberry visits the facility. To her astonishment, Madame Weatherberry chooses Brystall for a school or fairies. Brystal learns how to use her powers. But in the end, how will they show the public that fairies are good? I liked this book because it had a twist at the end that I wasn't expecting. This book is great for people who like fantasy.

Insignificant Events in the Life of a Cactus by Dusti Bowling is a really great book to read if you like mischief, drama, and mystery. It is about a girl named Aven, who was born without arms. Her parents get a job in Arizona running a theme park. Aven has to leave her old life behind and learn how to adjust to her school and people there. But then she meets a classmate named Connor who has a disability too, and together they discover a bigger secret than they can imagine

This romance made me feel like I was in the clouds. I actually read this as an e-book, and that says something. If you know me, then you'll know that I prefer a physical book to words on a screen, but this book was so captivating, I couldn't just leave it there on my tablet! Three cheers for Kasie West!

This book perfectly captures life in middle school! Rachel Vail gets everything; revenge, new friends and old friends, relationships. And the not so cool stuff, too; bullying, in person and on line, backstabbing and all that's in between. A great read for both guys and girls, from several different points of view, this story will never let you put it down!!!

Stormbreaker is a scientific and adventure novel by Anthony Horowitz and is the most thrilling book I've read this semester. The character, Alex Rider, is a normal teen who lives with his uncle. But after his uncle's death, he founds out that his uncle is a secret agent and soon carries on his mission. Along the way, he faces different challenges and has to figure out how to save the world before the Stormbreaker computers "invade" Earth. I really like Alex because he is really brave, strong, intelligent, and is always up for a new challenge. One of my favorite scenes is when he is almost killed by Baron, but one of the workers help him escape. I was super nervous when I was reading that chapter and it was really a cliff-hanger that I didn't expect. This book is perfect for teens that like sci-fi but more realistic than fantasies, it's an amazing book!

Winnie is fourteen now and moving on to high school.Not only is she facing problems with Bo but Sandra is also leaving to college pretty soon.They have one moment and its fantastic.Though they get caught because Ty went on a field trip and stole a penguin so they had to take it back but run into a security guard.While Bo only gives Winnie a Starbucks card for her birthday Winnie hates him.For summer Winnie goes to camp but Bo was supposed tto go somewhere far away but doesn't end up going.He wants Winnie tom come back but she can't.While a big surprise for her comes to camp she is truly excited because that was what she wished for on her birthday.Cinnamon and Dinah are great friends.Dinah gets suspended because of Mary who stuffed makeup in her locker which she robbed.Cinnamon breaks up with her boyfriend which was Bo's best friend so if they know Bo's there Cinnamon's ex-boyfriend is going to be there too.Is it too much for Winnie to handle or can she handle it?
