Kids Books - Friendship

Spy fans, James Bond fans, ANYTHING fans, you will LOVE this book! (Make sure you've read the first book, Playing with Fire, before you start this epic sequel.) Let me just tell you, I was so, so, so excited to read this book (I didn't even know there was a sequel until I found this book randomly) and I was absolutely NOT disappointed! We are warmly greeted with with our amazing (and snippy) main character, Max. Your heart starts to pound as the drama suddenly intensifies, as Max's sneakers slap the pavement and time seems to slow, as Max pulls the trigger of the weapon and . . . well, I won't spoil it for you. There is NO cheesy drama in this, and no matter what your opinion on spy books is, there just isn't any in this, but that DOES NOT mean we miss a single bit of Max's much-loved wry smiles and witty cracks. The action is just so well balanced, and this book is extremely quick paced. It is lovable in every form, with Max's "daddy" issues, the explosions, rubber bullets, hostages, Cynnabar's protectiveness of Max, and - EVERYTHING. This book will appeal to all audiences, especially people who adore action and exploding coke bottles or maybe just someone who wants a book that they can curl up with and never ever stop reading. Clean language and clean humor. 5/5 stars!

The book i'm reading is Secret of the Mountain Dog.I think that Secret of the Mountain Dog is a mystery book because in the beginning Jax finds this dog and doesn't know if it's a friendly dog. So she walks up to it and its friendly and she checks for a collar and there is no collar so she thinks that there is no collar the dog has no owner. I found it strange that when Jax’s dad goes to get the dog, the dog was sitting next the cat and the cats were not running away and the dog was not chasing the cats. I think that this book is a ★★★★★ star rating. This book is written by Elizabeth Cody Kimmel.

this book is awesome

This book was really awesome! I don't usually like reality books, but I have to say, this book was epic! You would probably have to read the first book, though, to understand it better. This book is also pretty funny. : )

I love those books because it gets me in the detective action and i don't know about you but when i read his first book i wanted to read the rest of the series.

This book is awesome! Poor Arie Mae can't get a response letter from her cousin Caroline! Will she ever get an answer?

The princess puppy didn't know how to really play with her new friend. it was nice to see what her friend taught her and I even learned some ideas to help me with my friends too.

When Belle's friend Mrs. Potts tells her about an annual winter ball that she used to attend years ago, Belle suggests they plan their own winter dance at the castle! But although Belle is excited, she is feeling extra homesick. She misses her father, and wishes she had the special charm bracelet that he made for her so she could wear it to the dance. Mrs. Potts and the rest of the Enchanted Objects (along with the Beast!) decide to surprise Belle and make a new bracelet for her to cheer her up. But Chip the teacup is so busy helping everyone else make their charms that he forgets to make his! Will Belle's friends be able to finish the bracelet in time?

The author, Alex London changes everyone's predictions on how many people thought the “Proxy” trilogy was going to end. Alex adds a twist and turn at every corner making this book an outstanding book. This book is a great dystopian book and I also would rate this five out of five stars for many reasons. The main characters in “Guardian” are Syd, Liam, Marie, and Cousin. Syd, the protagonist, is the most important person in the revolution, without him, there wouldn't be a revolution. Throughout the book Syd is a hope for the people. Liam the bodyguard of Syd always tries to save Syd throughout the book. He also kills people with his iron fist. Marie was a rich patron before the revolution but because she helped Syd her parents weren't executed and she became a purifier. Cousin, the antagonist of the story, is a mysterious person, no one knows where he came from or who he really is. The setting is in old Detroit and about six months after Syd destroyed the system, a new government formed. In the beginning we meet the characters and find out about the disease. Near the middle the people start getting infected. Near the end Syd finds out something that changes everything about this disease. To find out what happened you have read the book. I rated this book a five out of five because “Guardian” is filled with different outcomes that you wouldn't expect. Another reason I gave it a five out five is because you can tell how the character feels at different points of the story and Alex London did that well. The type of reader that would like this book are people that love action packed books.

I read the book, its OK but I personally think the author could have done better.
