Kids Books - Friendship

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you could change yearbook and put nerds in it? In Project (Un) Popular by Kristen Tracy, the main character Perry wanted to change yearbook. The setting in this book is at Perrys school. In this book Perry is the protagonist because she tries to put people like nerds and geeks in the yearbook. She is a sixth grader and has to try and find a way to let the geeks and nerds be in yearbook. The antagonists in the story are Perry and Anya. Anya is an antagonist because she starts a lot of trouble and gets Perry and her friend’s in a lot of trouble. Perry is also an antagonist because she goes behind her friends back and does a lot of things to try and get rid of a seventh grader that he bestfriend likes but she doesn't at all. One conflict in this story is that Perry wants her best friend Venice to not be friends with a seventh grader that Perry doesn't like. Another conflict that Perry runs into is that she wants to put a nerd in the yearbook but the head of yearbook doesn't want that at all. Perry does whatever she can to try to get a nerd in the yearbook Like taking a ladder from the janitor's closet . Even something that gets her in detention for a week. Her parents aren't very happy with her and she feels like her friend hates her. I would recommend this book to people who like realistic fiction books and like a lot of drama in their books.

Awesome Book!!!!! A Good Read!!!!

When I got this book I was extremely exited by just looking at the cover.jacqueline Wilson is my all time favourite author! Diamond is a series. It starts with Hetty feather, then sapphire battersea,then emerald star, and last but not least DIAMOND!! The book is extremely good and I recommend it to u guys.if you enjoy the circus you will LOVE the whole series 😃Hope you enjoy😃

GREAT book read!

This was an awesome book, with a change of main character! I was expecting the book to be horrible because Daisy was no longer the main character, but it was great!~kb<3

It was a good book. It was about Michelle Tanner. She was going to be in a commercial with a dog. It was a funny book. Michelle and the people in the commercial had the dog but then they lost it for a couple of minutes. It was really funny when they were trying to find the dog. Over all, it was a great book.

Game Changers by Mike Lupica What if there was a kid that tried to steal your best friend, make fun of you on the court, and beat you doing whatever it takes? Ben Mcbain had to go through all of that in one basketball season. The book took place on the basketball court and in Ben’s neighborhood. The protagonist name is Ben, and the antagonist is Chase Braggs. Chase Braggs is a kid from a rival town, Darby. Chase always tried to humiliate Ben doing whatever it took. By acting like he pushed him, calling him names, and celebrating after every shot he made. Some conflicts Ben had to overcome were when Chase, Ben, and his best friend Lily were at the Movie theatre getting a pizza. Chase was trying to be Lily’s best friend. It made Ben a little jealous. Chase started bad mouthing Ben’s team in quietly. Ben started to yell at him and he left angrily. It made Ben look bad in front of his best friend. Another conflict Ben had to overcome was when he lost his friend Sam to an injury. His team suffered without Sam and Ben thought the injury was his fault because he made Sam play with him at night and Sam stepped in a hole he couldn't see. That is the turning point in the book because Ben had a bad attitude about things and didn't love basketball as much as he used to. Without Sam, the Rams went 0-2. Will the Rams turn things around or will they fall in defeat? I really liked this book and I think you would too.

I loved this book! It was about baseball with a twist. One kid is going through a tough time at home because his parents are divorcing. It was good sports wise. The story within this book was great to. I like Mike Lupica too. If you love stories and sports i suggest this book.
