Books for Kids: Diary of a Farting Kid: Fart Battle (fart books)
By Kawaii Chan
Ugh. Was not funny or good at all. Diary of a farting kid? The minute I heard about it, I knew it was going to be awful. I mean, seriously, fart jokes aren't really that funny anymore, and actually never have been. Putting fart jokes with a parody is not in the least funny. The illustrations are really bad, and the plot of the story is BAD. I don't know what else to say about this. It's just plain awful. Replacing an actually well-made book series that has been popularized and has been a good book from a child's perspective and replacing it with Minecraft and farting jokes is just a bad idea. Yet, they still make these, as if it's a GOOD idea. Like, seriously, please stop with these.
Counterfeit Son
By Elaine Marie Alphin
No one has read this book either? What!??!??! Well, I suppose there is a good reason for it. This is a good book, but there are definitely some parts in it that kids younger that eight-mentally or physically-should not be reading. Let me just tell you this (there is no spoilers, it is literally on the first page.) The reason why he is running away is because his dad is a serial killer. It is a really good book, and I am trying very hard not to spoil it. Well, good luck reading!

If you've read the Twilight books this guide is a very nice reference to the Twilight world. Information about vampires and werewolves and characters, oh my!
The 13th Reality, book 2: The Hunt for Dark Infinity
By James Dashner
This book is fast-pace and is a page-turner. Tick must learn to control his powers over the Chi karda: a force that holds reality together. Mr Chu, a person from the fourth reality, (not the science teacher) is evil, and made a plague that can control people. He needs someone else to help him, so he forces Mistress Jane and Tick to fight. Who will win?
The Blade of Shattered Hope (The 13th Reality)
By James Dashner
I could not stop reading this book! While Tick learns to control his Chi Karda, Mistress Jane planes to distort the fifth reality containing billions of innocent people. I think this book is the best book in the whole series.
