Blaze (Midnight Fire Series Book 3)
By Kaitlyn Davis
What a change of events. I really love this series. I don't want to say too much but I'm sad about the ending and hoping it's just an act. I really like Kira's character. She is such a strong independent girl and to often the lead female is a weak and whiny annoyance. I give Kaitlyn Davis props for taking such a popular genre and writing such a breathtaking story of romance, courage, mystery, and all the while keeping it original.
Simmer (Midnight Fire Series Book 2)
By Kaitlyn Davis
Once again Kaitlyn Davis gives us a top notch story, SIMMER is book two in the Midnight Fire series. The story takes Kira to Sonnyville where she goes to look for answers to what happened to her mother. While she is looking for answers and has her sights on destroying Diana, Luke and Tristan are there to help her. And of course, the love triangle continues.
Any Red-Blooded Girl
By Maggie Bloom
I actually really enjoyed this book, although the love sprang up pretty fast. One second "hi my name is Flora Fontain!" Two seconds later: "let's run away to Mexico" But I love those type of books. How did I get this book? CATASTROPHE! My father completely WIPED my kindle, deleting 188 items. I was actually crying, it felt like all my characters died! Then my mum felt really sorry and downloaded the top twenty free books and a few cheap romance books and this was in them.
The Nine Lives of Chloe King: The Fallen; The Stolen; The Chosen
By Liz Braswell
I do not enjoy book as much as I like the show, which is something I never say. I feel that the author portrayed the main character, Chloe King, as an immature, rude, and provocative person, which she is NOT.. Chloe King is a kick-butt super girl and I feel as if the book is really NOT showing. In conclusion, I do not recommend The Nine Lives of Chloe King: The Fallen; The Stolen; The Chosen and feel as if the show is way better.
Gravity Falls: Dipper and Mabel and the Curse of the Time Pirates' Treasure!: A "Select Your Own Choose-Venture!"
By Jeffrey Rowe
my favorite show in the entire world but this comic was boring lol, it just doesn’t live up to the show but the art is nice!
Reckless (Mirrorworld)
By Cornelia Funke
The book "Reckless" is a very good book. It's about a boy who finds a whole other world in the mirror he found in his father's office. He accidently took his little brother into the mirror world and turned him into a person made entirely of jade. Anyway this is a fantastic book and I really recommend this book to everybody.
May Bird and the Ever After: Book One
By Jodi Lynn Anderson
This book was my childhood. I checked this book out so many times in my school library that my librarian had to buy another copy because this one was always by my side! I unfortunately don't own a copy of this for myself, but I'll be getting it soon. This book is amazing and perfect if you're adventurous like I was when I was a kid.
May Bird, Warrior Princess: Book Three
By Jodi Lynn Anderson
This book was my childhood. Another amazing installment in this series. This authour does not disappoint at all. All of her work is frickin amazing.
Among the Stars (May Bird)

Queen of Hearts
By Colleen Oakes
My biggest issue with the book was that I had a hard time engaging in the story and I struggled to finish it. I probably would have stopped if it wasn't an ARC. I did like the idea of the of the backstory of the Queen of Hearts. How she become the evil Queen of Hearts, but to be the book dragged on never really picking up. I was hoping this book would be like Splintered (by A.G. Howard) but nope it wasn't anything like it. Pros: Does have some interesting takes on traditional Wonderland characters. Such as her brother is the Mad Hatter and is actually crazy. Not romanced focus (per say) it's more on becoming queen of Wonderland, her daddy issues, and jealously of new found sister. Cons: Could have done more, been more creative, been more wacky (it's Wonderland for Pete's sake). Especially since it is written from the villains side there is potential there for a good story. Note: that cover is so cute using the queen of hearts card. *Thank you to Edelweiss and HarperTeen for the opportunity to read and review this book.
