I liked this book because it reminds me of stories that my mom and my nana would tell me because my nana liked to listen to record music when she was younger and she loved it.

li didnt like the book it was to babyish for mei hae no idea why i read it but i would rate it ages 2-6

Addie Ann, a young black girl just starting the seventh grade, lives in the segregated discrimination of Kuckachoo, Mississippi during the Civil Rights Movement, 1963. She lives in a small, cramped house with her brother, Elias, her mother, and her Uncle Bump in the Negro side of town. Her father has supposedly died of pneumonia before she was born, and it has been, "stay away from whites but do what they tell you" since. Now, after a heinous, misunderstood "crime", her brother has run off, and her uncle has been accused of vandalism.

The first book of the Books of Abarat is a great read. It is an amazing starter to the dark story of a different world that seems to be hidden but overlaps and soon collides with the real world. Due to its occasional morbid content, I would recommend it to mature readers.

I love this book! Alex Flinn is my favorite author and this the second book of hers I read after this I read Cloaked and before This I read Beastly.

I had foud this book at a garage sale and bought it .later I decided to read it and I got hooked like all the other Gary Paulson books did. I think it is a great book but it leaves you at a cliff hanger

The Lost Flower Children is about 2 sisters Olivia and Nellie whose mother died in the winter. They go to their Great-aunt Minty's house. She has a garden that needs plenty of care. When Olivia reads a fairy tale that took place in the garden, it is about children who had a party in it and then bad fairies turned them into flowers in the garden! But there is only one way they can cure the spell. The bad fairies scattered teacups everywhere and if they found all 8 of them, the spell will be free! This book is a mysterious book that you will find almost impossible to set it down for even one moment.

This girl who has two greedy sisters. Their family is poor and have very little gold and jewelry. The sisters burned her little sister's face. There was an handsome man. To marry him there was a test. They went and failed. The girl pasted and lived and was happy forever.
