Instructions

Instructions

By Neil Gaiman

Book Review by By Sparrow A. Blitzen! Do you Iike fantasy? Fairy tales? Adventures? Well, I’ve found a book you’ll love! Also I recommend this book for grades 1-2 or ages 6 and up. Because it’s a little grown up. Let the journey begin! The book I made my review is called Instructions. The author is Neil Gamien and the illustrator is Charles Vess. This book is fiction. It’s about a cat that goes on an adventure! It starts with the cat in a garden who goes through a wooden gate. I’d tell you more but I think you don’t want me to spoil it! I gave this cool book 4 stars because: (1) I like it but I’ve seen better in my opinion. (2) I like it because it’s fiction and I like fiction. (3) It’s a fantasy adventure and I like that. (4) I love the illustrations! (5) It takes you on an adventure! What do you think about it?

The Secret of Zoom

The Secret of Zoom

By Lynne Jonell

THis book is okay, but Lynne Jonell's other books are SO much better. THis is about Christina, who's home-schooled. Her mom supposedly killed when one of her science experiments exploded. THis is an adventurous, exciting, book, but I didn't really like it for some reason. I think it was a little dreary.

Dory Fantasmagory: The Real True Friend

Dory Fantasmagory: The Real True Friend

By Abby Hanlon

I love Dory books. This one is my favorite , so far. I's super funny. It's about Dory trying to make a "real friend " at school. not a monster. Mary is still in it, and so is Mr.Nuggy. And of course, Mrs. Gobble Gracker.

It's Not the End of the World

It's Not the End of the World

By Judy Blume

Karen is an ordinary girl who's parents are going through a very hard time. They always have arguments over small things like pie. They are never satisfied with each other, so they divorced. Karen is sad and tries all her best to try to get them back together, but nothing seems to work. In the end of the book, Karen realizes that life is unfair and you don't always get what you want. She actually got over it that her parents were divorced. I think this book was very sad and touching, but altogether, I would recommend it!

I really enjoy it I understand the confusion and weirdness they are dealing with and think it's interesting. I wonder how it ends but I promise not to spoil anything for you guys. Oswald

Oswald

By Dan Yaccarino

I used to love this book when I was younger but now I kind of don't have an interest.I mean, its interesting but its a story of a talking octopus with a hat!that is something all kids should love.Plus,it doesn't make sense,an octopus on land who does human like stuff?! What the heck! a walking octopus with a hat that is living on land? I don't and can't get it.and also, another thing is that he is blue.octopus aren't blue! everybody knows that.but im a good drawer and I like the way Oswald was made or drew.thanks to the author because that book was easy to read and That book helped me learn how to read and thats how i know now.

The Juvie Three (repackage)

The Juvie Three (repackage)

By Gordon Korman

utGreat book! It really brings out the true confidence and daring nature in somebody. Three teenagers, who are i trouble with the law, are given a second chance with a man, who used to be in their situation. The author has the uncanny ability to bring you from mortal peril to sheer happiness! Awesome!
