This book is nothing like the title. It doesnt tell about a billionare maybe not yet. I am only on the second chapter 2 pages away from the third and i really like it alot. I didnt put 5 popcorn because i havent read the whole thing. There is a story to this book how i got it but i dont want to explain. Ask someone for assistants this book might actully be worth it. I like the book! I think other people should read it too! It's about a float and there is a woman and she rides the float. And someone kidnaps the woman. He is a kidnapper. He was in college and he was snooping around this dragon party. I hope you like the book!
