A Indian girl got lost in the mountains a wild spotted stallion became her friend and she lived with the wild stallion's herd one day riders came and took her home she was glad to be home but she missed the herd she became ill then her parents agreed to let her go they gave her beautiful dress and the best horse in return she gave her parents a colt every year she would come back and give her parents a colt but one year she did not return the hunters saw next to the stallion there was a horse she had became part of the herd.

This is a wonderful novel by Carlos Hernandez. The main character, Sal, has been sent to the principal's office once a day for the first three days of school. Now, it may sound like Sal is a troublemaker but, in his defense, the first couple of times weren't exactly his fault. However, the third time, it was because he put a dead chicken into a fellow student's locker. Yasmany, who had picked a fight with Sal, was the unlucky victim. Sal has everyone except Gabi, the very dedicated student council president, convinced that he is a very talented magician and that the chicken was all an illusion. To give Sal credit, he IS a very good magician but he also has a very special talent that no one, except his family, knows about. His talent can sometimes be helpful, but it can also cause lots of problems for Sal and his family. Sal makes some very weird (in a good way) friends that he can trust. He helps them out and they help him in "Sal and Gabi Break the Universe". This was a super awesome book and I would totally recommend it. I cannot wait for the sequel to come out!

"Across the bay"- it is a story about a boy named Carlito who wanted to find his father. One day he took a ferry and went across the bay to look for dad. Sadly he did not find his father there. There are many pictures in this book describing what happened in this story.

The book is about a girl named Zuri and her mom always styled her hair. And Zuri always loved her hair to be in any different style. When her mom went to the hospital Zuri could not style her hair because her mom always did it and now she can't. Once she found a hair style that she really liked and she asked her dad to do it but no matter how hard he tried he still could not do it. Then Zuri showed her dad a video how her mom did it for her so he followed the video and BAM! There it was an awesome hair style. Zuri and her dad went to go visit her mom and her mom was super proud. This made me realize to believe in myself and it will all work out. If you like sad story with happy ending than this book it for you.

The book “MOO” is an amazing book! It shows the adventure of a 12-year-old girl, Reena, and her little brother’s experience after moving from New York to Maine. They have to adapt to a new, unfamiliar, and rural way of life. In the story, the characters had a “disrespectful” incident with their mysterious “frenemy” neighbor, Mrs.Falala which lead them to meet Zora the uncooperative cow that the book is based on. I loved the formatting of the plot and storyline. I didn’t think the pages were descriptive and are quite vague, the pages didn’t describe very much of what’s going on in the story. If you like books based on mystery, friendship, and trust, “MOO” is the book for you.

Maureen and Francine Carter are twins and best friends. Their whole life, they've done the same things together. But when sixth grade begins, Francine becomes "Fran", a popular girl who wants to do different things than her sister. The girls are growing apart, despite Maureen's feelings. Losing a best friend is hard enough, but when that best friend is also your twin sister?! Yikes...

I didn't even know their was a third book until I looked Meg Cabot . Now I really want to read this book.

I really love this book because its about Hispanic heritage month and talks about all the back old days Hispanic people out there so that's why I really love this book by the way its funny I'm the first person to review this book

When I first saw the cover of this book, I thought it was so cute and immediately wanted to read it! But when I finished it, I learned that it’s not just about cute animals, but a lot of things that you can learn in reality. This story is about a polar bear named Duane, he moves in, and he makes lots friends and makes his cave homier. I think this is a great story about how to make a life for yourself. I would recommend this to kids 8 years and above. Thanks for reading constance25’s reviews!
