i picked this book because every time i go trick or treating i find a lot of mysteries and this book can prepare me for the time i go trick or treating again

After a house fire killed his mother and destroyed all of their possessions, Nick, his younger brother Danny and their dad move from Tampa, Florida, to Colorado Springs, Colorado into their great aunt’s house. After choosing the attic as his bedroom and finding a bunch of odd gadgets and machines, Nick decides to hold a garage sale to help clear out the space. Although hit by a sudden rainstorm, his garage sale is strangely successful. People seem compelled to buy the objects and there is the strange arrival of four creepy men in a black SUV. It isn’t until later that Nick realizes that the gadgets he found might be more important and more interesting than he thought - and that a shady group of scientists called the Accelerati know something about them. Now it’s up to Nick to figure out who they are, what they want, and what power really lies in his, well, attic. This book is entertaining, suspenseful and a really fun read. I would recommend it to anybody who likes mystery/action/sci-fi novels.

Amazing

This book was totally awesome. It was exciting. Ever since Stanley was squashed by a bulletin board, he became flat and had many adventures. Stanley's family is off on a trip to Mount Rushmore and are excited. Arthur tries to stand near the edge but Mount Rushmore started cracking. Stanley saved his brother by being a bridge. Stanley and Arthur than meet a cowgirl named Calamity Jasper. Their vacation turns into a cowboy experience. When they go to the gold mines they get trapped in real tight spots. This was a fun book to read and I got astonished how Stanley and Arthur worked together well.

This is a very classical novel, it contains many short adventures about Sherlock Holmes. All of them are full of mystery and very interesting. The plots are compact that let people cannot realise what happened yet, then the criminals are arrested. I love the way which Conan Doyle used to describe characters. Although there are many characters in this novel. but I can clearly remember each of them. Because the author used many adjective to describe each of them. "The Final Problem" is my favourite stories of this book. Although Sherlock died in this story, the plots are still very interesting. Sherlock and professor Moriarty are both died. The process of the conflict between them is very thrilling.

Imagine being stuck out in the middle of the ocean in a lifeboat with only a "dipperfull" of water for 8 DAYS. You have lost hope, and crew members are going crazy- drowning themselves, yelling random phrases. When ships come towards you, your heart soars. Yet they turn away, unaware of Lifeboat 12. Kenneth Thompson tells a remarkable story and keeps the reader in suspense. I would rate it 9+, and an absolute must for readers that like historical fiction.

i like this book because it is fun and interesting. it is about this litle girl who has her life in the big woods. it is fun because it seems so fun and exiting exept the time where you eat the goose bird bear and other disgusting stuf. it was hnot as pretty sight. it was also fun because i felt like i was in here. it was funny when the little girl was laughing with her sister and her father. i didnt think that laura would ever grow older because she has to give every thing to baby Carrie. i would also do thsat but since i am not there i am pretty lucky. i wanteed to kepp on reading it.

I borrowed this, and read it, but for those who are trying to win this at the Freebies section,please do not read, because I might spoil it for some. Anyways, this scientist is studying natural landscaped and the world around our feet. Some take Earth for granted, but once you read this, you will be able to look at things from a different and better perspective. Enjoy!
