Thea Stilton and the Mystery in Paris (Geronimo Stilton Special Edition)
By Thea Stilton
In this special edition novel of the beloved Thea Stilton series, the Thea Sisters are off to Paris! They're prepared for a nice, long, relaxing vacation - but what they receive is far from their expectations. First, on their plane ride, a storm jags the airplane up and down, scaring the cheese out of the mouselets. Then, when they arrive in Paris to live with Colette's fashion-designer friend Julie, they realize that Julie's designs have been stolen! Though their "relaxation" has been tainted, the Sisters are determined to track down the design thief in time to showcase Julie's clothing in her school fashion show. Fun and exciting, this book is great for younger audiences and people interested in interactive books.

Junie B., First Grader: Jingle Bells, Batman Smells! (P.S. So Does May) (Junie B. Jones, No. 25)
By Barbara Park
I laughed so hard! R.I.P Barbara Parker. I really love this book! 28 books in the series I think. Junie B. Jones and Tattletale May have gotten in trouble by Mr. Scary. Mr. Scary said if May tattled on Junie B. again, they both would go to the principal's office. When the class sings, Junie B. has some tricks up her sleeves. She sings in May's ears "Jingle bells, bat man smells, P.S so does May. I'd throw May right off the slay and then I'd drive away." Then May yelled "HEY", and Junie B. giggled because it fit right into the song. May didn't care if she was going to go the principal's office. She told on Junie B. Then they both went to the principal's office. May's mom didn't care, because she thought May did the right thing. But for Junie B.... Her parents were mad at her. They said you do not throw someone off a slay. I laughed real hard! I hope you read this book, and enjoy it like I did.

The Show Must Go On! (Three-Ring Rascals)
By Kate Klise, M. Sarah Klise
This book was very interesting. One note is that the book is obviously meant for younger kids, especially beginning readers. Half of the book is pictures, and much dialogue is conveyed through the pictures and speech bubbles. For the most part I could understand the plot line, but in some areas it was difficult. The story is about a famous circus. The owner needs a vacation, so he hires a man while he goes away for a week. Little does he know that the man is a fake, and his only goal is profit for himself. This is the story of the crazy week where the talking animals must face cruelty and a different life. i recommend this book to younger kids, and older kids might become bored.
Dolphin Adventure: A True Story
By Wayne Grover
Title: Dolphin Adventure Author: Wayne Grover Genre Autobiography I would rate this book a ⅖ because it has so much more to offer i feel as though this experience could be more exciting instead of saving a dolphin imagine saving a shark. Some parts of this book are interesting, for example when the father dolphin bolts into the shark to save the baby. I recommend this book to 2nd to 5th because it could be a good challenge for 2nd grade but something easier for a 5 grader.
