Kyle Keelleigh is a gamer not a writer, but he wins an essay contest along with his best friend Akimi Hughes to be in a library lock in. But what he thought was just a lock in was really an escape game. The only thing in between him and winning by escaping first is Charles Chiltington who “never loses”. How will he escape? Read Escape From Mr. Lemoncello's Library to find out. I give this book (5 stars) because it uses a lot of kid words and has puzzles which I enjoy. I feel like it is a fourth grade reading level because it did not last forever but I did not zoom through it. I think this book would be good for anyone who likes puzzles.
This book is about a boy named Kyle and yes he is mischievous in his own way. When his favorite game maker (Mr. Lemencello) opened a library and his school is allowing ten children to sleep over Kyle is determined to win.but first he has to write an essay and Mr. Lemoncello will be judging them he tries his best to best to get in. The whole library is a giant game board and the kids are the players there can only be one winner or can there. To find out more read the book 📖
