From the #1 nationally bestselling author of Warriors comes an action-packed animal fantasy series that shows readers the world through the eyes of dogs. Survivors is full of “wild and wonderful adventure” (Kirkus Reviews, starred review) that will thrill fans of Spirit Animals and Wings of Fire.

The Empty City begins with the Big Growl, a devastating earthquake that changes Lucky's world forever. Lucky has always been a Lone Dog, but now he needs a Pack in order to stay alive, so he teams up with a group of Leashed Dogs who have been separated from their owners.

Lucky's vivid point of view and the pulse-pounding action make for the start of an addictive series. The time has come for dogs to rule the wild!

This is a great book. I would though recommend it for kids grades 7+ because of some intense parts. The sequels are awesome as well. Do I definitely recommend this book.

I love this book, like I said in my last post. I just want to say, if anyone sees this, to join the Survivors Wiki on Fandom because we really need a lot more people. It is becoming dead and I am very sad about that. (Please join!)

I loved this book and I loved the whole series. It's not like the other dog books where the dog finds his owner and stuff, quite the opposite actually. It's about how there is a huge earthquake and all the humans leave the city. The main character, Lucky, has to try to survive without depending on people for food and shelter. He encounters other dogs, foxes, and packs. He has to learn to be in this new world of dogs!

My friend told me this was a good book(that is, if you can handle very sad things happening) it's about this dog who was an earthquake survivor and he met up with a pack of pets who had been abandoned in their owners' struggle to evacuate so he teaches them to hunt and survive in the woods and at the end, leaves.

As always the survivor series is one of my biggest pluses (other pluses: Warriors, Wings of fire, Bravelands) and I really find this book interesting. I would also recommend books by the author: Erin Hunter
