I love all the Little House books, though the first one doesn't have as much action as the others, I like this one a lot! happy reading!

Little House On The Prairie was about a girl named Laura and her life in the Indian territory. The Indians start talking about killing Laura's family, but another Indian tribe comes and saves them. Laura gets in a lot of trouble, but sometimes she does good deeds too. Mary is mature and older. While Laura plays outside, she knits. This book also teaches you superlative vocabulary. I recommend this book to anyone who loves adventure. This book is full of it. I love Little House On The Prairie!

The books in this series are based on true events in the author's life. This is a wonderful book to read to learn more about pioneer life. (There's even a TV show based on this series.)
