Several lucky kids get picked to be locked into a new library, and they have to follow clues and find answers in order to get out and win the prize. Can they find a way to work together and get out of the library?

It is very interesting and a really good book. If you like libraries you will probably like this book. I have read this book several times.

This book reminded me of the movie. I like the movie better than the book though.. I like the goast people and the diffrent story worlds

This book is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but with books! The kids have to find clues to escape the library. It is a good read for anyone.

This book is an adventure that will keep you under your covers with a flashlight until 10:00 reading. There is suspense and codes and tricks- even codes to crack yourself.

Wacky and tacky Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library by Chris Grabenstein will not fail to please. Filled with humour, mind-twisting plots and contrasting personalities in the characters it will have you reading it until the book is done in one-sitting and have you wanting to read it again! Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library is like a remake on Charlie and Chocolate Factory (a must read) but in my opinion much more more funny , "realistic" and modern day. The book really gets you to use your brain to do some of the riddles or learn the whole book-keeping system! Something I thought made the book much more enjoyable to read. I enjoyed the book a lot because I am a bookworm and knew some of the titles mentioned in the book. No matter what you read you'll love Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library. Be sure to check out the rest of is series and his other books! This book gets 5 stars and is recommended for ages 7+. Happy Readings! bean_boy

I would live in this book right about now!

AWESOME! If there was a rating 100, I would definitely rate it 100. I love the competition in the book, it's very interesting and fun. From all the books I have read, I think this is one of my top 3 books I like the most.

This book is perfect, amazing, fantastic, and superb! This is one of my favorite books because of the interesting plot and the fact that it references so many books. Kyle is the average kid who loves games. When a new library is built by his role model in his town, he tries his best to be one of the twelve kids invited before opening night. He gets his spot but learns that he will be playing a game with the eleven kids, and the winner will receive astounding rewards. That's when the story gets interesting. This book has won multiple awards, is part of a series, and is already a movie! This is a book for all kids, whether your a young boy or a teen girl!
