Joe's lived in the same town all his life, and was doing just fine until his best friends moved away and left him on his own.
Ravi's family just moved to America from India, and he's finding it pretty hard to figure out where he fits in.
Joe and Ravi don't think they have anything in common -- but soon enough they have a common enemy (the biggest bully in their class) and a common mission: to take control of their lives over the course of a single crazy week.

As soon as you begin this book you wonder what at it would be like to be in Ravi's shoes as a new boy at school. You also wonder what it would be like to be in Joe's shoes. They are totally different people and I think you will love this book I know I did!
This book is really good to me. The first part may not be as that good but when you start to read the book its pretty interesting. I really liked reading this book.
This book is a funy because the guy puts stuff in his pants.
This book is my favorite sunshine state book I've read so far! Its about a boy named Ravi and he just moved in to a new school called "Albert Einstein Elementary". He expected everyone to be smart and all, but he was wrong. No one respected math the way he did. He was sent in front of the class to do a math problem, but no one understood his strategies. Bully Dillon Samreen tripped Ravi later that day. Ravi thought it was a innocent boy named Joe who tripped him and looked at Joe a different perspective throughout the book. Ravi actually shout that Dillon was a nice boy considering that he was another Indian boy. But oh was he wrong! At the end of the book, Dillon does something terrible which is the reason Ravi knew something was going on. I give this book 5 stars for the effort, thought and emotion into making this book. I swear you won't wanna put the book down!
Save me a seat was a great book. For me it was a book that I never wanted to put down. It was also funny but a little sad.
this book is really good.
This book blew me away. The way Weeks wrote in entire story in the course of a week. I highly recommend this book
Ravi had just moved into a new school called "Albert Einstein Elementary". He makes me feel like I did when I had my first day of middle school, excited. Sense the school is called "Albert Einstein Elementary", he was expecting everyone there to be smart, and intelligent, like he was at his old school. He was far wrong on that. The school was not anything like he expected. He had been the smartest person in his class at his old school! Because of the way he did math in his old school, he found out that "Albert Einstien Elementary" does't respect the way that they did math the same way he used to. One day, he had been called up to show the answer on a math problem. No one understood any of his strategies. After he showed the answer to the problem, everyone had a very confused look on their faces, not understanding anything about what he just said. Later that day, he had gotten tripped by someone, and he turned around and asked who had done that. The BIG school bully Dillon Samreen said oh, I saw who it was, it was Joe! Joe did it. Ravi made a BIG mistake that day, because he had actually trusted Dillon. Anyone who trusts Dillon, automatically starts to be sorry. Throughout the whole book, Ravi hates Joe because he beleived that Joe actually tripped him. He was wrong. Dillon had done it. Ravi had NO idea. Joe on the other hand was a nice kid, and no one new it.
