Joe and Ravi might be from very different places, but they're both stuck in the same place: SCHOOL.
Joe's lived in the same town all his life, and was doing just fine until his best friends moved away and left him on his own.
Ravi's family just moved to America from India, and he's finding it pretty hard to figure out where he fits in.
Joe and Ravi don't think they have anything in common -- but soon enough they have a common enemy (the biggest bully in their class) and a common mission: to take control of their lives over the course of a single crazy week.

Save Me A Seat is a cool book, written by two authors, Sarah Weeks & Gita Varadarajan. This story has a rcool plot with weird characters. The story is kinda cool because it has the exact characters that a normal story would need. To make things more interesting, they have a character named Ravi who is a vegetarian and a bully who who bullies Ravi for being indian, new, and vegetarian.

Save Me A Seat is a really good interesting book, written by two authors, Sarah Weeks & Gita Varadarajan. This story has a really good plot with really good characters. The story is perfect because it has the exact characters that a normal story would need. To make things more special, they have a character named Ravi who is a vegetarian and a bully who who bullies Ravi for being indian, new, and vegetarian. Ravi's friend, Joe is a big guy who stands up for Ravi. But, he betrays Ravi because Joe's always been the guys who is the 'sore loser'. Joe doesn't want to be the 'sore loser' anymore so now, for example, he now 'pushes' Ravi to be in the 'sore loser' spotlight. Joe has been always bullied and teased, but in this school and life, nobody really tells anybody anything. I just recommended this book to my friend and he borrowed it from my school library. I would rate this book 5 stars for all the drama from this book. P.S. I would like to say that the theme of this book is to never, EVER, be the one who pushes the person to make sure that you're not the 'sore loser'.

Funny book

such a good book i even have the book at home in my mini library

So cool how you have your own mini library!

I like this book because this could happen in real life but it did not. My favorite part was the ending.

This book is about boy's name Joe and Ravi. Ravi just moved to America from India. Joe and Ravi don't get along.

Save me a seat is about a boy named Ravi who moved from India to America. And it is about another boy named Joe. And they have to get along in order to defeat the bully Dillon Samreen. Will the bully get defeated or will they get humiliated in front of the whole class?

I can tell this book is going to be good because the first two pages it was spectacular!!!

This book hooked me into it and I couldn't stop reading it. Ravi has just moved from India to the USA and is having trouble fitting in with some kids. He's having trouble fitting in because, people make fun of his lunch, he can't speak "straight" english, and is being hurt hear and there. Will Ravi fit in at his new school in a new place in a new country? Read to see!

Amazing story! With all the things that are going on right now with Racism in the United States we really need this book!
