LOST

Brian Robertson, sole passenger on a Cessna 406, is on his way to visit his father when the tiny bush plane crashes in the Canadian wilderness. With nothing but his clothing, a tattered windbreaker, and the hatchet his mother had given him as a present, Brian finds himself completely alone.

Challenged by his fear and despair -- and plagued with the weight of a dreadful secret he's been keeping since his parent's divorce -- brian must tame his inner demons in order to survive. It will take all his know-how and determination, and more courage than he knew he possessed.

i never read it

This book was such a great selection and the genre was very different from most other books. There was so much adventure and I liked learning about how Brian survived.

This book is great for anyone who likes survivalist books.I'm not a big fan but this book would be perfect for anyone who likes the wilderness and realistic fiction.

Love this book! My teacher is doing this as a class novel, and so far, it's awesome. It's sorta suspenseful, because you just keep wondering if he'll ever get to his dad. Awesome!

i read this book and it is good i like the book except the last chapter. i recommencement this book to the people that haven't read it

this story is cool only that there parents are divorce and he is sad. the coolest part was when the pilot died because he didn't knew what to do and it was amazing when he wanted to survive in the wilderness and he only has a magic tool the HATCHET this book is so exited READ THIS BOOK PEOPLE FROM THE WORLD!!!!!!!! :)

the book hatchet was pretty good i licked because he did it to survive the plain crash and how he did it to survive in the woods all alone by his self and how was he able to find new better food for him to eat in the woods and how he had the hatchet that helped him for so many things and how the people were able to find brain inside the woods and also it was really weird how he found his survival pack with lot of stuff that can help him to have better stuff and what i did int like that much was that all the time of the story was like a problem for him and also how he had some mete reals to make his own house for him to have a place to be in and to sleep in there to be safer and how he was able to make a fire to keep him warm.

think that allot of people can do things like brian because he did it all by him self and its hard because he did it whit out his mom or dad going whit him or when that time he was driving the air plane and crashed by surviving his ingury that hurts really bad that can really happen in real life when you can die or live in the wild whit the hatched and make your own house and fire! when he gets all the geer he can grab all of the tool so it can be so easy to do or grab some food. Daniel Chairez. : )

that this book was entrusting when the bear was go an kill him i though he was go an be dead but he guv him the berries and it was interesting when he survived he had 2 secrets like in the ending it was said for Brian when the pilot died and he was the only one to survive in the woods also i like it because he killed the fish with the hatched and also when the plane crashed in Iceland it was so hot also i dint like
