Dork Diaries has a lot of acclaim and worship, but I didn’t feel like the first book was that good. I am a boy so I’m a little biased, but this book’s main character is a bratty, unrealistic character who thinks the whole world is against her. Nicki goes through a series of unfortunate events that makes her feel awful but never makes her humble. The author creates a character that is very shy but has very rude outlook on life. She can’t stand her rich and snobby nemesis while she expects everything to be handed to her on a silver platter. She is a character that the author wishes for everyone to like but makes her such a bratty character that I find is almost impossible to find relatable and someone I would want to associate with. Maybe the rest of the series makes her a better and nicer person, but I will never know.

Great book It’s like diary of a wimpy kid But a girl as main character
Are like Diary of a wimpy kid So funny
this book is about a girl who goes through many challenges during her first year of midiel school. this book was so good. recommend this series to start
I really enjoy these books. They are like the girl version of Diary of a Wimpy Kid. The Dork Diaries series is about a girl named Nikki Maxwell who is a middle school student who faces popular Mackenzie Hollister. She also has a younger sister who bugs her. The story begins on her birthday when she wants an iPhone but instead she gets a diary and Mackenzie bugs her about it. If you like Diary of a Wimpy Kid you will LOVE Dork Diaries.
This book was a high school tale about a girl who faces challenges in her first year. This book was very interesting and I could barely put it down. I highly recommend this book to others who are looking for a new series to start.
Dork Diaries is a pretty cute and funny series. All of the books involve her trying do something with her crush Brandon. The reading level is pretty low.
