I recommend it for kids in middle school because it does have a kissing scene or two, but overall its a very good book that will make readers want to read it more. The overall story is very descriptive and follows a heroine in a futuristic world.

Birthmarked is a book about a girl who falls in love, basically. It's this futuristic society, where a midwife first 3 deliveries every month goes the Enclave.
