It's cool, but there are a lot of incidents that it would take years of programming to be able to tackle. What if a student is smirking at it? If a group of students are giggling in the corner, I'd assume it would tell them off. But can it tell the difference between nice and mean laughter? Can it understand when a student is being bullied through a silent interaction as they enter a class? This technology is highly advanced, but human teachers are simply irreplaceable.
So many people come to America because they are leaving terrible circumstances, and their home country is worse than America. Think of all the people who wake up fearing for their lives and go to sleep fearing for their lives. So they make a promise to themselves and their family come to America, no matter how dangerous or illegal it is. We can't just boot them out. We're supposed to be the "home of the free and the brave". There is NOTHING free or fair about kicking out those who need help. And think of how brave these "illegal immigrants" are! They are risking their lives to leave behind all that they know in search of a better life. It just isn't fair or morally right. I have a friend who moved here from Mexico this year. She's awesome and great, and I keep thinking about how sad it would be if she was just kicked out. (Even though she is a legal immigrant) If this is what America stands for, it is going to the dogs.
Life is really, really unfair. Do you realize that people in some countries have so much they can just toss away an article of clothing after 2 weeks for no good reason, while people in other countries can't afford that much and live lives of poverty? It's like how some kids eat way too much, way more than they need to, and are at risk of dying from diabetes, while others suffer from malnutrition and are literally starving to death. Does anything sound wrong with that??
I wasted my summer wishing for a Hogwarts letter. I want to join the wizarding world so badly I'll even take Durmstrang! Like this comment or reply if you're obsessed with Harry Potter and are like me(meaning that you would give up ten years of you're life to spend ten days at Hogwarts).
