OK... well lets see... so this book is about a boy who works for a prince who is really... um... well, lets just say that he is not on anyone good side. But anyway, whenever the prince gets in trouble, the boy is whipped, because it is illegal to whip the prince. (Isn't that a terrible job?) One day the prince is REALLY bored (never a good thing) and orders the servant to come with him on 'a journey'. But the Prince soon realizes what people experience in his kingdom. Will that be enough to change him? It was a good but short read, 4 out of 5!

This book was pretty good. It was really short, but it tells the story of a boy who was taken off the streets of London to work for the prince. Every time the prince was to be punished, he had his whipping boy take it for him. Then one night, the prince decides to escape his boring life and finds out how it is for the poorer people of his kingdom.

I really enjoyed this book. At some points it was really hard to understand, but you get the hang of it. It is a short, easy read.

this book is so good it should have more reviews and ratings
