you should read this book because it is about this girl called Cindy Ellen her father married his second wife. In the text it says her step mother and two step sisters where meaner than a rattlesnake. So it made it intrusting for me so I red it and I loved it so for everyone read the book it is the best. THANK YOU!

I really liked this book. My teacher suggested it and i'm thankful for that. It has lots of twists and turns. It is about a girl who is struggling to fit in with her family and will do any to do so! I love this book!

This book is important to know because of how dust bowls occurred in some states. There was no water for a long time while it happened. Read this book to find out how this all happened! I like this book because it tells about dust bowls and the dust bowl is a type of storm and I like storms and I like reading about how it happened.

This Novel really caught my eye because of the diversity of characters and I wasn't disappointed. You get views from either side of the battle and you get to see what it was like for those sides. Many of the characters allow you to get attached to them.

Misery is about a man named Paul Sheldon who is the author of an enormously successful series of books centered on a character named Misery. He is being held captive by a woman named Annie Wilkes who claims to be his number 1 fan. She found him after he got in a car accident and has is holding him at her house. Because of the accident, Paul’s legs are shattered, which is why he has difficulty escaping. This book is a very interesting because of how information is presented to you; in the beginning, you do not know much, but everything is explained to you slowly. However, I did not really find this book scary, and since this is supposed one of Stephen King’s horror books, I found this to be strange. One interesting thing I found out about this book is that part of it is based off of a real life problem Mr King faced when his book “The Eyes of the Dragon” was rejected by his fans because it was not horror. This inspired him to write Misery. I feel that this makes the book more interesting when you know this, because you can draw parallels between the real life inspiration and the book. I would like to mention, however, that this book should be read by people from 8th grade and up, because this book has a lot of profanity. I give this book a 4.75 out of 5, because it is a great book, but it wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be.

I'm impressed by Caroline Lawrence's ability to cut to the quick in this book. She treats adult themes in such a way that kids feel they are a part of the history they are reading. P.K. is a boy with Aspberger's who gets more adventure out of one day in a Western town than most of us would incur in ten years of travel. The book is exciting, page-turning, chilling, and quite amusing.

I loved this book! When you read it, the houses have names, and it's about a girl who is trying to get her mother back.

My reaction to the novel is that Jacob and Jessi are very tough kids. Also dealing with Virgil was really difficult and hard for the characters to talk to other people after that. At the end finding Pa was what made it really good. I would recommend this book to people who like the outdoors and travel because that's what this book has.

When a old man and a boy are told that they can not fish with each other he choose to fish one day alone after not catching a fish for nearly 40 days a move that he will never regret, The old man finds himself being towed behind a fish longer than an the everyday pick up truck(over 18 feet)but slowly face a near infinite backdrop of wind and water he faces a large task before him to get a fish back home. In a boat not much larger than a rowboat he learns how to eat, sleep and survive when being towed by a large fish he recalls memories when he was younger, in the midst of a fight where everyone and everything is trying to survive. I rate this book ⅖ stars because it is an interesting story but doesn't have much stuff going on for most of the story

I like it because its mysteries and it involves solving a crime in action also I've read some of the other books as well and pretty good so far I would say.
